Traves Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago NFL coaching jobs are easier than college. Doesn’t surprise me coaches would rather be in the NFL. 2 Quote

If he's thinking about leaving mid season, I hope he goes. Texas needs a guy committed to the job, not a stepping stone who looks for new opportunities when the going gets tough. Absolutely. Timing of this leak on game day is a very bad look for Sexton/Sark 14 1 Quote

Texas fan in Georgia Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago This explains the offense lacking the way it’s been all season. He hasn’t been locked in like we all assumed . POS move regardless. Just for the love of god do not pursue James Franklin . 3 Quote

Red Five Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I wonder if this is a public negotiation tactic with CDC re: hiring an OC. Either way, something has been very, very off all season. We are historically bad on offense and that is unacceptable with what we are paying our HC and OC. If this continued into next season then leaving wouldn't be Sark's choice to make. 4 1 Quote
HelloThere Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Sark has appeared distracted this year. He isn’t all in like last year. I assumed it was due to the difficulties around his family and the baby, which can change a lot of things, and be understandable. But he isn’t all the way in right now. 7 Quote

Easy way to burn bridges with Texas leadership if they think his eyes are already on the NFL. How’d I know you’d be one of the first people in this thread. Good stuff Quote
Jordan91 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago It does make sense when you consider what’s been reported here. Texas current offense doesn’t match what was reported here, before the season started. It was also reported that Sark was “obsessed” with winning a national championship. Apparently that’s not true either. What’s strange, for me at least, is that I am not upset about him leaving. If he stays fine, if he leaves that’s fine too 1 Quote

Texas fan in Georgia Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Another point, whoever the next guy is better have his ducks in a row to keep the defensive staff we have. Not to mention the key returning defensive players we are expecting to have back next year… Quote
