    I agree completely @Marcus Myers. However, it was mentioned my another poster on a different BBS, Sark's identity as a HC is being an play caller. It's what he knows and I dare say finds validation in. That's why he ostensibly hired Muschamp to be on complete charge of defense. Plus, what if he does hire a play calling OC and the offense takes off? Will his ego be able to handle it? Additionally, he's so loyal to underperforming assistants (stares in the general direction of Flood and Banks) they would probably undermine the new OC. I'm just not sure anything of significance changes without Sark going.

    That cat's way out of the bag. They have all the film they need. He's being exposed and he's embarrassed. I'm not sure he even knows what to do at this point. But bullshit coach speak just makes him look worse.

    Or does Sark have to lose 2 or 3 more to make changes? He's needs to hire an OC, ST, OL, and TE coach at the very least. My money is no, he'll go down trying to prove he's right.

    In response to what was discussed in the Coffee and Football this morning, I don't care who loses touches. Maxmimize Bishop and let the rest of WRs fall out on their own. Same with Cooper at RB.

    I don't totally disagree, but Sark's play design and play calling as well as blocking scheme and OL weakness also comes into play. The next QB will develop along the same arc as Ewers and Manning unless Sark takes a long introspective look at him and his coaching.

    I know you have to be careful and circumspect in what you say. And I 100 percent agree with you on how Arch has carried himself. But if the lightbulb hasn't come on for him in his 4th year in the system and 20 starts history tells you it won't. Maybe he needs a different coach and a different system. It's not working at Texas. Looking at the schedule it's liable to look like he's found it, but I still have no faith once he faces a really good team and defense like Georgia or OSU again rust he will not revert. It really sucks.

    I agree, but Jalen Hurts isn't Manning Inc. Can you imagine the blowback? It's just different, plus Sark is nowhere as ruthless and committed to winning as Saban. Few coaches are. They all work in a sliding scale of political calculation. Just my opinion. But I agree with the concept.
