Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 15 hours ago Moderators Posted 15 hours ago I was surprised to see Texas just outside of the top quarter of the SEC in yards before contact per rushing attempt. 1 Quote
Alex Butler Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago The problem is we don’t get much after that nor do we commit to the run enough to even know how good we can be because we’re injured and young. Honestly if we’d just run the damn ball more at Kentucky and MSU I think we would’ve pulled away from both easily. Just a Lehmans opinion 1 Quote

Just a Lehmans opinion Not sure I agree on MSU, we needed all of that time to make that comeback. We were down double digits a good portion of the 2nd quarter through the last 5 mins or so of the 4th quarter. Quote

Just a Lehmans opinion Sark showed early in the season (when the offense did not work) that he would like to be a run first team. The fourth quarter at MSU and the Vanderbilt game showed that putting the ball in Arch’s hands (700 yards of passing offense in two games) is the way to go. Sark will rebuild the OL (through the Portal this time) and add an elite RB for 2026 to try again to get a run first offense. Quote
