  1. I actually appreciate some of the clarification of facts and can't say I would handle the situation differently with my own son (I have daughters). But this isn't "new". He knew the rules and risks and he wants a different punishment. What if the NCAA comes back and says OK the punishment was too much. He can only play in half the games. Or can't participate in the post-season (a common punishment for team violations). Are we good or is everyone forced to follow the "whatever the court says" in these future scenarios? Nobody is saying that we don't want this person to get treatment and be better but this ruling essentially says the NCAA has zero authority to enforce their own rules.
  2. This is super odd. I am not shocked that the court issued the injunction due to irreparable harm which was always a possibility whether you agree with it or not, but then the court appears to be "standing in" for the NCAA and rules on how the punishment should be assessed. This is quite different from saying the NCAA doesn't have the authority to do something (like regulating paying players because it violates other laws).
  3. Did you see those 6th and 7th inning stats from here appearances at WCWS they flashed on the screen? It was even before we started the last inning she had recorded 25 Ks and 1 BB during that time span!!!
  4. And this A munch is the Chair of the CFP Selection Committee. SELECTION COMMITTEE A talented group of 13 high-integrity individuals with experience as coaches, student-athletes, college administrators and journalists, along with sitting athletics directors, comprise the selection committee. Members of the committee are Troy Dannen, Mark Dantonio, Mark Harlan, Dr. Bryan Maggard, Ivan Maisel, Gus Malzahn, Chris Massaro, Randall McDaniel, Mike Riley, Jeff Tedford, Wesley Walls, Carla Williams and Hunter Yurachek (chair).
  5. I just referenced the number saying that's what Cam received. I do not know what ER has been offered.
  6. Isn't the question whether a freshman receiver should receive a $3MM pay day? Cam is a third-year player. Not apple to apples. I'm not saying don't pay him but I thought one of the emerging themes was paying players at a level when they will make an actual impact.
  7. The CFP committee is a joke.
  8. QB – Elite RB – Good WR – Elite TE – Questionable OL – Dubious DL – Good EDGE – Elite LB – Good CB – Dubious S – Dubious
  9. That GRINDR shirt gets me every time.
  10. Thanks all. I was just clicking the video link from the Texas baseball site. It works now.
  11. I didn't even read the article and this was my exact thought on what he said. "I am the problem but I won't stop doing what I'm doing."
  12. I was in company gym today and Aggy was wearing a Come and Take It shirt. Take what - I’m not sure. We’ve already stolen their soul. My friend suggested it must have been printed before we took Schloss. 🙂
  13. This may be a dumb question but are there rules about wearing "weighted" pads to add a few pounds?
  14. What if the AP poll voters in 1939 actually realized the SEC just means more? It means Tennessee (also undefeated), not A&M, is the MNC. https://collegepollarchive.com/football/ap/seasons.cfm?seasonid=1939 BTW, nice 6 - 2 win over SMU! World beaters! Oh, and don't forget the beat down they put on Santa Clara (7-3)!
  15. More talent per square inch. Total value play.
  16. And it's not even close. I can't believe I lived in the darkness for so long. I am born again!
  17. What's going on with him? Shows as active yesterday. No stats recorded. Did he play against the Bills? I read he's dealt with some injuries this season.
  18. It's probably worse for us the longer this drags out.
  19. It's like Inception. A portal within a portal.
  20. Agreed
  21. When was he on? I'd like to watch it.
