Always love to get Bob Shipley's thoughts. The man bleeds burnt orange. 

It's also funny to hear Rod do an extended introduction listing all of someone's accomplishments when I'm so used to hearing Jeff Howe do the same for Rod.

Let me ask this question directly:  I've watched Connor Hayden closely, but my untrained eyes really did not reveal any real deficiencies.  Yet, he's everyone's favorite punching bag when it comes to OL play.  I get that most people just parrot what they hear/read on these boards, but what exactly are areas where Hayden struggles?
