I honestly think it’s better news if for some reason things go sideways between Bowman and USC before December. I know the mods have said he’s locked in but USC deals have fallen through in the past. If that happens again, Texas would be in the driver seat.

With how often Prothro is in Athens and Bowman’s family ties to Texas, it’s most likely to shakeout with KP going to UGA and Bowman to Texas. Is that how you see it going Gerry?

I’ve been to the cocktail party twice. The tailgating is great but the atmosphere in the game itself isn’t close to what it’s like inside of the cotton bowl. If you play your rivalry game in a NFL stadium, you're automatically disqualified imo.
