  1. A tall LB with speed and a frame to add 20+ good pounds? Nansen special!
  2. Arkansas can be a dangerous program with a good hire. Right in the middle of DFW, OKC, KC, and STL. Only a 5-hour drive from DFW. They'll be playing in Texas regularly now. Decent school in a pretty area with a lot of research degrees. Watch out if they get it right. Someone like Kinne or Lashlee, with Texas connections, could do some damage.
  3. Jermaine Bishop, Jr. is now the new all time leading receiver for yards in the Houston area. That includes jumping names such as CeeDee Lamb and Matthew Golden. We are getting a very special player. Link
  4. Fantastic game. Happy for UVA and it helps Texas bump up hopefully.
  5. Didn't see a thread going for our beloved Dallas Stars (and hockey in general). The only requirement to post here is mutual dislike of Gary Bettman. Not a great way to start the season for Jamie Benn. Out at least 4 weeks. Collapsed lungs are no joke. (Link)
  6. Apparently, they accidently landed at Kingwood Park High School first. Bet that was a shock haha
  7. Embrace it while we continue to win and remind them that God loves Longhorns the best 🤘
  8. Whoa. You're not joking... That would be insanely bad luck is confirmed cheating karma for them. Now we get to hear all the "but if we had Johnny Bets" excuses after we beat them worse than we would have.
  9. 2015...
  10. Imagine chasing down the angle only to see you have to make it through a literal giant.
  11. OU better be ready with all the trash their fans are talking. Our D is coming and the one man Sooner show is about to get hit by a freight train.
  12. This.
  13. Arch will be fine. Thankfully all the Arch 2026 draft BS is dead now.
  14. You forgot to pick me up...
  15. We'll see what the grind brings, but he's off to a blazing hot start. That Illinois beatdown was impressive. No way Illinois still belongs in the Top 25 after that complete exposure of their team.
  16. He would be a great transfer acquisition if Napier was fired. We wanted him.
  17. Got to the bye week on a high note. Get healthy and ready for the road grind.
  18. GO PACK GO!
  19. Dominant win for the Ladies!
  20. Baugh and Graham for sure. Baugh is obvious. Graham is very productive at OLB. Brown III is starting as a FR and a rare bright spot for Florida this year, but he's a Gator legacy. The rest are recruits we wanted that we might pursue if the current class lacks the talent at certain positions. Sark keeps those relationships. Might be a cheaper NIL gamble to fill holes than the 3 above. If someone like Dallas Wilson wants to transfer here, I'd bet they find a way to make it happen.
  21. Wilson, Mbatchou, Wiggins, Hanks, Brown, Baugh, Graham, and Jackson would all be great transfer targets. Oregon is probably salivating at Wilson back on the market.
  22. I concur. Our OL had those boys gassed in the 4th.
  23. They dominated both games. To be fair, Wisner also played his best game yet against aggie. We lost Banks, Majors, Conner, and Williams (plus Helm at TE). That's a lot of veteran starting experience in your OL and TE rooms. That's not an excuse for how poorly our interior OL is playing right now but it helps explain the lack of "domination" at this point. Then you add in losing Blue's homerun ability out of the backfield as a safety net. Practice reps only get you so far and you never know what you truly have until the season gets going. I think we'll see steady improvement throughout the year. If we don't, then I'll start to panic haha Most defenses a team faces throughout the year aren't "elite". You'll get one or two games a year (maybe). Nonetheless, aggie's DL was, in fact, elite last year (or as close as it gets) and we ran the ball down their throats. Michigan DL had Graham and Grant (both first rounders), along with Stewart (3rd rounder). I'd say that's another stacked DL. We lost 4 OL starters who are all on NFL rosters this year. Rebuilding an OL after that isn't easy.
