Wilcher has to step it up. He's the only other viable option, as a ball handler, and scorer. This allows you to bump down Tramon Mark and he can be more of a slasher and attacker off the catch... or iso in rotation. Coach Miller has 4 guys that should really be able to cook... but they're tryna gain chemistry on the fly. There is absolutely nothing on the bench worth talking about. Maybe Deru.. and Weaver, of course. But there's no dynamic freshman to speak of. Can't wait to see if we can land one of those it players.

Coach Miller did a great job tonight, regardless of the comments here. Swain got hosed on those last 2 foul calls.. and Pope as well on that 3. This team needs more from Wilcher if you wanna see em compete, and Lassore or Nic Cody need to be viable options, on both ends, in clean up duty, which may be too much to ask. Heide is going to be up and down offensively.. as so Weaver, so anything they give you besides defense and toughness are a plus. Pope gets tired late... hurts his jumper. He needs to learn to play with more pace. Hubbard was a prime example of being smaller but playing with pace.. and a dominant handle. The transfer from Georgetown was just heady, and with the poor officials, he stole free throw buckets, just like Arizona St did against us in the Maui Invitational. I can see what Miller wants to do.. but Gerry's right, we're building. We gotta recruit.. and its gonna take a few cycles, just like it did Sark.

Joe Burrow had Jefferson and Chase. It allowed Edwards-Helaire to rush for 6.4 a carry and rush for 1400+. We have a young stable of backs already with potential. Get a Coleman to put on the other side of Wingo... Livingston at 6-3 down the seam.. and Mosley running intermediate routes... sprinkling in some Bishop, Lockett and Ffrench's mustard.... and don't forget Townsend, Washington and Winston! With that.. we can compete with any offense in the nation. It's why Sark wanted Zach Branch. If u want a go daddy... Coleman is the guy. If Harlem Berry leaves... well, we can talk..🤣🤣🤣🤷🏿‍♂️

Coleman had Jackson "Blinky" Arnold... after they guy last year that was God awful and a rb playing QB as his backup in Alford. Gimme a break! Coleman would've won the Belitnikof with Aiden Chiles..🤣🤣🤦🏿‍♂️. Henry would've played here had he signed... guaranteed. He isn't like most freshman wr's... but... you'll see. I'm very close to his godfather's family members. There is a reason Texas jumped at the chance to talk to him when he wavered on his Ohio St. commit.

Look.. if you really wanna get better running it, secure the interior OL... keep the pocket clean and give Arch room to step up, and have our version of Lamb and Pickens to back defenses off, and I guarantee you the running game gets more explosive, by default.
