  1. We might get back to more off the books payments that don't get reported to schools or to the new commission. If it comes to light later- "Oops, I forgot to report it". Of course, if they also forget to tell the IRS that opens a new can of worms.
  2. I was thinking about that earlier. Several would have fired him. 🤣
  3. Many labor and employment lawyers are not litigators and would understand the law as applied here. I agree that most litigators would probably not be appropriate for this, but even some contract lawyers might be. I am a lawyer myself but this kind of law is far afield from my expertise.
  4. We need a Labor and Employment lawyer familiar with this to come on the show and discuss the intricacies of this agreement as signed by the judge and to lay out the probabilities of what is kosher or not in the agreement relative to the Supreme Court ruling, labor and employment law, and their relationship with NCAA rules.
  5. Boo. Ok. Teagan can finish it. I sure wanted the Mercy rule.

  7. Keep up the pitching, defense, and hitting. Hook'em.
  8. We need for some of those balls to fall in and to string them together.
  9. I played softball up in the northeast when I lived up there for awhile. Some of the guys from New England did that. They started in the back of the box and ran and swung. To make it even different, most of them grunted when they swung- just like tennis players. It was one of the damnedest things I have ever seen on a field.
  10. Need to string together some hits and good baserunning. At least they are hitting the ball some.
  11. No mayo on corn dogs. That would be as bad as putting mayo on a Whataburger.
  12. Thank you OU for letting another team win the world series this year.
