  1. Since about the early 60s. My dad was not a huge college football fan but he loved Tommy Nobis. I barely remember Nobis but remember a lot from the news. Been a UT fan ever since.
  2. Jonah may want to play each a couple of years to help him decide which he likes the best and/or which will give him the best chance of having a lengthy professional career.
  3. Anybody heard if they are going to keep non-season ticket holders out of the garage at Disch-Falk again?
  4. Makes me sick. One of the worst things they have done.
  5. I am glad he is going out on top and was not pushed aside, but to be honest I was never a big fan of his.
  6. Wow. What a comeback and win, especially on a field goal that was not a chip shot.
  7. Whatever happens, it was a sloppy game on both sides, but still a hell of a comeback.
  8. Heck of a comeback. Down 28 zip and now tied. Incredible.
  9. Switched over to the Cowboys for a bit. Of course a lot of backups and they have Deuce Vaughn in the backfield for a few plays. He looks like a Munchkin aming those giant lineman. Blue scored a TD.
  10. With that line Bell might not make it through the season alive.
  11. The softball GOAT
  12. TIn Top for good burgers. Union Station Diner for good breakfast and lunch and the same for the Buttermilk Cafe. Cooper's and Black's BBQ both have New Braunfels locations.
  13. Belyeu just hit his third homerun in only his first 6 games with the Spokane Indians.
  14. I like CJs reporting myself, and even if I didn't I wouldn't state it on here. Like you, I don't always agree with everything Bobby, Gerry, CJ, etc., have to say as far as opinions are concerned, but that is different than slighting their abilities.
  15. Is the populace losing trust in your reporting CJ @CJ Vogel? What say you? Closetojumping seems to have doubts.
  16. Tough choice. All were good, DJ was great, Applewhite is under appreciated, and Ehlinger was fun to watch.
  17. Blocking someone is your friend. Done.
  18. As I recall, one season Babe Ruth out homered all of the teams in the league (not just players).
  19. I didn't watch the whole thing, but that offense didn't look like it helped him much.
  20. There are some good 16s over the years and some have special stories, but James Street is a Longhorn Legend in both football and baseball, holding school records in each, and is my pick.
  21. That is Metallica's walk out song!
