I was worried about his size when he started being discussed as a prospect. His dad was a hard gainer and there's no guarantee he'll get to where Texas needs him at DT. Sark/PK/Baker don't have the luxury of time at the position to really wait around and see if a guy will get there (i.e. Zac Swanson). Bo brought in nothing but development guys in terms of body and/or play. At this point, I believe they're looking solely at cats that have the requisite size so at least the development curve won't be as long or steep when they hit campus. They might also believe they can circle back around later if space or need arises.

I love our roster @ OT and who we're recruiting in the 2025 class but I don't see how anyone keeps that kid off the field when he arrives

👆 The early signing periods were a hot topic on C&F. I'd prefer to go back to one date in early February. If a prospect wants to enroll for the spring semester they can but with so much happening in the game I think speeding the process up hurts more than it helps. I could see value in an early window for some, maybe July, but that's about it.

I'd love it if Michael Terry was comfortable slotting into LB as well.

I'm assuming you're excluding Brandon Brown from this scenario. If I had to pick one I'd give me Wynn. Great flexibility for his size, culinary interests suggest he'll take nutrition and conditioning seriously and has already perfected the German Suplex. Would love Shavers or Charles though.
