  1. A 247 FSU insider threw out a big number tech was willing to pay for Hunter, I’m starting to think that was real. When one of their posters asked about their chances on his visit he said watch out for Texas Tech. Apparently tech is going big in the portal this year.
  2. You think Texas could have interest here? Definitely has some pretty decent stats@CJ Vogel
  3. Would we be interested at all @Gerry Hamilton
  4. Does that same feeling translate towards Littleton?☠️
  5. While it’s a possibility, WeAreLSC also said Jerome Myles never went to CSTAT. So who knows with them if their information is right or wrong.
  6. 14-10 Miss State on top
  7. He’s the #8 DT on 247 for their composite raking. You guys need to relax 😂
  8. Another site said he wasn’t gonna show up or it might’ve been this one. Regardless I thought that was not gonna happen, relax lol.
  9. Apparently he showed up to the game vs LSU, losing French would suck but Charles in the bigger need and would be a much bigger gut punch. I’m glad they won but it might cost us a recruit or two😢
  10. Keith Niebuhr from On3 for Florida posted this earlier today in the morning. Really hope we don’t lose out on Ffrench here to a coach who may not even see his 5th year. Corey & I received an interesting note this a.m. The word is, one of the schools involved with 5-star OL Solomon Thomas (FSU commit) and 5-star WR Jaime Ffrench (Texas commit) thinks there's a better than 50-50 chance both of those players ultimately will land with the Gators. We were not given a reason as to why this school feels that way, but thought we nonetheless would pass it along to you all. Ffrench will officially visit the Gators this weekend. It's our belief Thomas also will be on campus, but as an unofficial.
  11. Definitely not haha, I’m just not surprised anymore by the twist and turns of kids recruitments even if they say they’re solid for the longest time, I was just curious if they had felt it was just those two in-state schools recruiting till the last minute like they should be or something else.
  12. Steve Wiltfong says there’s buzz that ultimately he stays in state rather than signs with Texas, he said there’s optimism that we keep him but is this something we actually need to start getting more worried about? Obviously he’s 5* WR from Florida so for them to not recruit him through the whistle would be very stupid, but it’s a little concerning what Wiltfong said. “There’s some buzz that ultimately it’s more likely he stays in the state than signs with Texas,” On3 VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong said on Wednesday. “So you’ve got Miami, and you’ve got Florida battling for Ffrench.” Added On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons: “I think there’s some confidence that Texas can keep him in this class. And they’ve been involved with him since the spring, getting his mom and dad on campus — Jamie as well. But Florida is not going away. They’re getting him on campus this weekend for an OV, a full weekend spent in Gainesville. Miami, he has been there numerous times. Kevin Beard and that staff is not going away.”
  13. He’s out according to Carter Karels from A&M 247.
  14. Their issue was also being so portal focused versus a healthy balance of portal and HS recruiting.
  15. I’m confused apparently Dallas says it’s not him and one of the Oregon guys thinks it’s someone on the defensive
  16. Baker has been here for all of a hot minute and you’re acting like it’s all his fault. If Bo is here we have Zion and Brandon. Both were being courted by Bo for a while before Baker ever got here and yes he’s had success and is more proven. But you acting like Bo going to LSU and us losing out on Brown and Zion has nothing to do with the fact that he took the kids he was recruiting who trusted in his development and had a long standing relationships meant nothing is funny. If your logic was right then hiring Chris Jackson should've been a disaster. Yeah kids come to play for a Sark offense but having a good WR coach still matters and just because he decided to hire from the NFL versus college didn’t hurt us. Maybe your right and Baker was a bad hire, but blaming him without ever seeing how his coaching and recruiting abilities actually will play out yet is dumb. We went from having a coach who had good standings with the recruit to that coach going to LSU and those kids following him. Baker is playing catch up and he was about to land Sharma until Oregon bag dropped on him last second.
  17. Some of you guys are seriously acting like kids right now. Sark hiring Kenny Baker didn’t hurt us, losing Bo hurt us and we knew that would happen. It’s so crazy that a guy we had recruit all these guys on the DL for a while went to LSU and now they follow him as well, especially given the fact that he was a fairly big part of T’Vondre’s and Byron’s success in being high draft picks for that position. But let’s act like this hire as trash as if we didn’t hire a WR coach from the NFL who landed us a 5 star last year. The dude literally just got hired not even half a year ago and people are acting like this is a horrible hire 🤣
  18. How do you feel about this? You still feel some sort of confidence at all for UT?
  19. Definitely isn’t that unfortunately, if I’m wrong I’ll gladly be wrong
  20. Apparently the NIL demands were higher than what we wanted to give, seems like a good kid and athlete but if there’s one position we definitely don’t need to overpay it is RB. If we end up with him great if not then I’m more than happy to get Simon in the fold.
