  1. "Better athletes"? Overall I think both teams are very athletic some better than others depending on position group. I think we will be able to run the ball if they sell out to that alignment. We also have a mobile QB and so they will be prone to the scramble if they commit everyone to pass defense, unlike last year. I think we will be OK.

  3. This is a toss-up at their place. I hope we are as ready as we seem to be. Won't make or break either team's season though but would love the momentum gained by winning this game.
  4. Sorry these two had to have same number as I think they are both legends but got to go with Colt here for his time on the 40.
  5. I would but hoping we reach our ceiling. To be honest I look at next year as the year we should take it all but I am hopeful Arch and our O line can get it going on a dime and not go through the normal hiccups of a first year starter. Time will tell.
  6. I'm in the office usually before 0400 (and home by 1600). Lifelong habit of growing up the son of a farmer ;-).
  7. I like the burnt orange one with the logo the best.
  8. Unless the NCAA has the power to subpoena his banking and credit card records, this matter is closed.
  9. I place much of his performance on a very porous third string O line and half his passes that were incomplete were either drops or throw aways. Not a good sample size to base a judgment.
  10. Quinn was playing with their third string which affected a lot. There were no Goldens out there running routes for him and protection was lacking but he still appears to be hamstrung by his poor pocket escapism. He showed flashes but overall was a poor first outing that he can build on.
  11. Very “Quintessential” post! Thanks.
  12. It is variable on ACL surgery, but a general rule would be 9-12 months. The aspect that we do not now is reportedly other ligaments were injured as well which could make his expected recovery take longer.
  13. That would definitely change things
