  1. The thing is the HI's are probably right at the time they are made, but nothing is final until it's final. Some people get excited about them some don't. For me I like to read the news, but predictions really not very interesting to me. A top 3 and maybe a heavy lean is enough and those may not be very accurate.
  2. Bud McFadin probably the most underrated Longhorn ever. You very seldom hear his name mentioned. Total badass. Thanks for including him Blake.
  3. If we get a surprise today I am guessing Simeon is the most likely?
  4. I think Arch changes the dynamics of the run game a lot for the exact reason you stated. They will have to respect the fact that he can and will hurt them.
  5. Georgia will probably go all in after losing Terry to us last year.
  6. I think leave would be the only option because I don't think either has a shot at growing up.
  7. The world just wouldn't be as much fun without demented people.
  8. That D’line with Large Leo, Bill Atessis, and Greg Ploetz was for sure a main ingredient in the success of the ‘68-‘70 run capped by the ‘69 Championship.
  9. More beer and sausage, that'll do it.
  10. I get the feeling nobody on the thread has a clue when CJ will be ready to go.
  11. Put OTF ratings and all the other ratings on there also. It would be fun to go back and compare.
  12. Yes he was. Thanks OTF for mentioning him, he seems to get overlooked a little,
  13. That's better than signing in a hot tub.
  14. Agree. That picture of him in, I think it was the 8th grade, shows a pretty developed body. I think 295-300 is about right.
  15. I have trouble believing that number. If it is true, then it's easy to figure out what to do, just move on.
  16. Mark me down as being against it. I'm afraid SOS is going to mean less & less with the expanded schedule and there is already talk of going to 16. I would rather have 8, but good luck with that happening. Make 'em play a conference schedule.
  17. A 1st & 2nd finish for the horns would be pretty cool.
  18. With a rig like that I would imagine somewhere in the past you had a horizontal offset woodburner. I so how do they compare? I'm thinking about Lone Star Grillz vertical offset.
  19. In today's game I think it has to be offense, and the offense has to be effective in both the run and passing game. If you are one dimensional you can only go so far. The good teams will be able to stop you. I know Sark is an offensive coach, but the team is both. A very good combination of offense and defense on this team.
  20. That's a tough call, but as much as Sark loves college football I can see him staying until he retires. Texas will keep his pocket book full.
  21. I get the height and weight deal, but which one of those listings would eliminate him from consideration. Now if he ran a 11.6 instead of 10.6, that's different.
  22. Raising the basket will still favor the tall guys just like making a golf course longer will still favor the long hitters. As pointed out above, rules need to be changed. I haven't watched NBA, or college BB except for the Horns in years.
