    They definitely did, plus it wasn’t the players that were involved. Campbell better be careful with that stuff because there are multiple schools that suspend these players when these things occur. The issue isn’t about Tech but what they stand for by not kicking this kid off the team.

    Don’t live that TN or FL game that early. Those are good matchups and would think they’d be better later, but that’s just me. Mizzou, I’m actually ok with better at the warmest part of the day rather than later or night time.

    So if I’m reading this correctly integrity of the game and how we treat people are different. Got it, so support the young man in his recovery but a major part of that is faves the consequences of your actions while deep in your addiction. Integrity looks like, he’s not a member of our team, the NCAA that we are a member of has rules that we abide by. They are clear and definitive in this case. This is a response with integrity “Mr. Sorsby will not be playing sports at Texas Tech. If he chooses to stay at our school we will continue to support him in his recovery efforts. However, we have a responsibility to all of our athletes to protect the sanctity of competition in sports. Despite the court’s ruling this young man will not be allowed to play for our team so as to jeopardize every other player’s opportunity to compete for championships while following the rules.”

    Definitely Bond all season. He started out so great then that freak ankle injury in the OU game. Still involved in the greatest reverse I’ve ever seen against Florida though!! Mentor is a close second for sure.

    I really hope you’re right! Some adult needs to stand up and squash this once and for all. If the NCAA and big 12 team up and preemptively ban them from post season consideration or profit sharing if Sorsby plays there’s nothing the courts can do to force them to allow them to participate. Any money will be tied up long enough that you can deal with that in court. Basically, saying “hey we’re not going to stop him from playing. If he does then we’re not going to allow participation in events and things we control. You’re choice.”
