Picking nits here, but I don't like how they list all the teams alphabetically then mention "Ole Miss" after Mississippi State, Missouri, and Oklahoma. It's Mississippi, not Ole Miss!!!!!

It would have been massive last year when he was probably our second best reliever and could be counted on to hold down the fort for three innings. This year he hasn’t been the same. I was hoping he would find his groove in time for the postseason, but this surgery probably explains why he wasn’t as good as last year.

In Vince Young's 5 years with the Titans, they were 30-17 in games he started and 15-18 in games he didn't start. If you take out the 2008 season where he got injured the first game of the year of a 13-3 season, the Titans were 29-17 in games he started, 3-15 in games he didn't start. In 2006, Vince's rookie year, Kerry Collins started the first 3 games (all losses) before Bud Adams forced Fisher to start Vince. The Titans go 8-5 with Vince to finish 8-8. 9-7 was good enough to get the last wildcard spot. In 2007, Vince started all but one game. They went 9-6 in his starts, 10-6 overall, and make the playoffs. In 2008, Vince only started the first game but got injured and missed the rest of the season. They won his start and finished 13-3. In 2009, Collins started the first six games of the year (all losses) before Vince got to start. The Titans go 8-2 with Vince as the starter to finish 8-8. 9-7 was the last wildcard spot. In 2010, Vince was 4-4 in games he started. He got hurt and missed the rest of the season. The Titans were 2-6 in games someone else started.

I'm guessing he means pre-conference, not pre-season. You don't schedule exhibition games at Madison Square Garden.

In a way, great coaches can inspire and motivate players. But looking in another way, if a player at this level needs a coach to motivate them they have a problem.

Gideon is DC is Georgia Tech. He is not coming back here to take a step down. If he continues to do well at Georgia Tech for a few years he just might come back to be DC at Texas, but he's not coming back as a safeties coach unless things go poorly at GT.

We do not need college players indebted to gambling services.

I guess this is the point where I acknowledge that I have never seen her play, but I am fully convinced that she is too short to get her shot off against a decent defender and will be a complete defensive liability in college. We dodged a bullet today! Or, as I am typing this she might look at her watch, realize that it is 3:31 pm and ou still sucks, and switch her commitment to the good guys.
