  1. Same here, no LHN on Spectrum starting at noon. What are we to do without the entertainment of repeating commercials?
  2. Since Ags couldn't find an existing HC to say yes and they stole our Assistant Earley to be their HC, do we bring back Tulo to fill the void?
  3. Horns are now the best combo for football, baseball, potential championships in both sports, school, city, NIL and life after sports. Hopefully that combo moves the needle for Marco Jones. CDC and Texas savagely gutted the Ag baseball program when we took their coaches. Numerous Ag players hit the portal. It's bad for them. If Ag was the decision because of baseball, a smart move would be to reconsider.
  4. Guessing you weren't Plan II. It is a silly Haiku I wrote. I know all about Sanchez and Offord.
  5. AA CB was likely a Hi but he may be enticed by the recent LSU offer.
  6. Ducks with the big bucks. Buckeyes and Longhorns miss out. Brew with the cheddar.
  7. Fantastic Leadership! UT is fortunate! Thank you!
  8. Update, Kaleb Edwards is now predicted to Bama by at least 8 sources as of yesterday. Kiotti Armstrong is committed to the Gomers. Townsend listed a top 4 of USC, Bama, Ags and Texas. Townsend could have his pick of teams but I get the feeling Townsend commits to TEXAS! 🤘🤘🏈 Hi Gerry🤞

  9. 2 OOS go elswhere, it happens. When TX was top 10, Mack didn't target and get OOS recruits often. But agree with your general position. Must say, TX knew it would be difficult for Baker in yr 1. Baker is 1 or 2 years behind other IDL coaches with building relationships. Baker doesn't have the established track record of development at the power level. Needs to show IDL development and recruit through the whistle. Bo Davis didn't do us any recruiting favors. Like this year, it's definitely portal time after this season since we failed to get enough top recruits when Davis was here. I have my concerns going forward but if we get some IDL development, hold on to Brown, land Sanders and maybe flip somebody we will be on our way. Litmus test for Baker as a recruiter is 2026 IDL results. NO EXCUSES FOR IDL IN 2026.
  10. WTF is spot on BurntOrangeMD
  11. Gerry, please help us out. What sport? Many thanks!
  12. Hi = Football Hey = Basketball Howdy = Baseball 🤪
  13. 91 is not high enough for a Sark offense with an improving 3rd year Heisman hopeful QB behind a top 5 OL with fast skill talent at every position. Ewers will be protected and accurate. This OL should really shine this season with so much experience and many in a "contract" year. Blue is very explosive. Baxter will be a year better. Wisner adds a Keilan dimension but bigger and stronger. We have maybe 6 WRs capable of playing at a high level. Helm is a proven TE. Amari is a mismatch downfield with more speed than JT. I expect us to be very effective and efficient on offense.
  14. Had a baseball park built on his Austin property. Also had a party and huge professional fireworks show every 4th of July.
  15. Good Morning! Thanks, enjoyed the special guest interview with Greg Tepper. Read DCTF every year back in the day. TX HS Football playoffs are a blast. Greg and many others do a fantastic job there. I may order online the new DCTF with Ewers v Weigman cover and gain access to streaming of TX HS games (online subscribers only). Like my post if it is Schlossnagle. 🤘 OTF 🤘
  16. POOOOOOOOOR AGGIES!!!!! 🤘🤘
  17. Scottie Scheffler is now the first player in PGA Tour history to grab six wins in a single season before July since Arnold Palmer did so in 1962.
  18. GREAT POST OPEE! IT'S BEEN A FUN JUNE ON OTF FOR TX RECRUITING FANS. NOW SOME TX COMMITMENTS! SUPERB COVERAGE OTF. THANK YOU BOBBY, CJ, & GERRY!!! 🤘🏈
  19. I'm with you to a point. Keep in mind... Average NFL WR height is 6 FT according to worldmetrics.org. In 2021, NFL.com says around 5-11 193 is the average height and weight of NFL CBs. Michigan, NC and best D in college, just started a 5-9 CB for multiple seasons. Mike played fantastic and was drafted in the 2nd round. Mike Sainristil. 5'9" 182 lbs | CB | MICH. 2nd Round 50th Overall. Career Stats (62 games)-108 TAK (70 solo), 10.5 TFLs, 3 SACKS, 7 INTs, 13 PD and 2 FF Sure 5-10 can be a disadvantage vs taller guys like AD Mitchell, Wingo and Livingstone. But it wouldn't be a concerning height mismatch vs Bond, Bolden, Golden, Cook and Moore. 5-9 Quandre the Giant Diggs had a nice TX career. Had 1 game vs TCU where it was a height mismatch downfield. Still had a great NFL career. TX commit Caleb Chester CB is listed at 6-1 and 6-2. But Caleb might be at a disadvantage vs the quicker and faster WRs. Devin ran a 10.65 100M as a soph. Devin is still young so he might make 5-11 and weigh 190. His floor is probably around 5-10 180. Watch his JR highlights, he can play. If we aren't getting Sanchez or Brew or Lee OOS, speedster Devin Williams might be the right complement to 6-2 Caleb and hopefully Kade Phillips.
  20. CJ, appreciate you putting a finer point on his actual height. I've seen him listed at 5-9 and 5-11. Noteworthy, Williams ran 10.65, 10.68 and 10.7 100M as a soph. His highlights show he has fairly long arms for his height and good coverage ability. Also made plays as a WR to suggest good ball skills. Sounds like TX made a strong move. Good to hear Devin is down to Auby and TX with a future visit for a TX game.
  21. CJ thanks for posting the latest and greatest Emaree Winston recorded update. Emaree is not the tallest HB/TE prospect but he looks stout and his highlights are good. Happy to hear Emaree Winston is locked in to his TX commitment. Interesting to hear Emaree say two-way Townsend could play offense or defense at TX. His highlights on both sides of the ball (TE & DE) are impressive.
  22. Fantastic work OTF! Great insights with a mature, classy, smart outlook on life and sports. The Bell family is special! My first choice was pass first DT-QB Dia Bell after reading his stats and watching his highlights. Even more pleased after listening. Hook Em Raja Bell!
  23. Agree, Amari looked great physically this spring. Amari is not bulking up significantly in the weight room this summer to be a blocking inline TE. He doesn't have the body type to be that guy. Amari will be an effective weapon in the passing game for Sark. In 2023, Amari Niblack started four of 14 games, recording 20 receptions for 327 yards and four touchdowns for Bama. Bama listed him at 233lbs. Excited to have his length, speed, large catch radius, chain moving ability and explosive playmaking ability. I don't know the run blocking ability of Amari but he can stress the D when we run RPO. We have 6-5 250 Helm for inline TE run blocking or a 6th lineman.
