  1. But a QB who can uses his legs can avoid that kind of pressure easily. Pavia did it all game.
  2. All but 77 yards of that stat line was first half. Second half he was really bad and the second half interception was just a complete terrible interception. His inability to adjust once Vanderbilt did almost cost us this game. I don’t know what to tell you if you can’t see that. Watch the clip. That is 100% bad throw bad decision and 100% on Ewers https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxAqNiwZPKFlwh2SmRXKeZksbG1HGfEI7c?si=Zphf7tq5gKucR2vF
  3. Why are you praising QB play when this was yesterday 27/36 attempts were targeted behind the LOS or 0-9 yards down the field. That’s 75% of all drop backs. Unsurprisingly, his average depth of target for the game was a modest 5.5 yards. Like it doesn’t take a good QB or good QB play to have that kind of stat line given the above. Second half yesterday he only had 77 yards, O touchdowns, and 1 interception that was 100% his fault.
  4. First half yes.
  5. I love them because they create tough conversations that sometimes people don’t want to have and those conversations make for better content imo.
  6. Every holding call against Helm this year has been flat out terrible calls.
  7. He can make all the throws when he’s not under pressure and the ball doesn’t have to travel 25+ yards in the air*
  8. Looks like a nice little turn out for the scrimmage!
  9. I am aware of who his backup is but we will be down a receiver that could create a spot for him in the rotation this weekend.
  10. With Bond potentially being out this could be a good opportunity for Johntay to step up and try to get himself back in the circle of trust.
  11. Banks was day 1 starter no matter the depth. He was rare imo
  12. IMO it has to do with OU likely cleaning house offensively this offseason.
  13. Just a reminder starting this season that post season, meaning CCG, bowls and playoffs, don't count toward the 4 games.
  14. Could not agree more.
  15. I'm sorry man. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. You have to make the punishment so tough that no one will ever do it again.
  16. I agree. Give someone the death penalty next time they drive with expired registration.
  17. Beck has looked bad, yes. Quinn has looked inept vs Oklahoma and Georgia.... Beck still has mechanics and navigates the pocket. Beck had 5 balls dropped that should have been easy catches. That will make you look worse as well. If it weren't for a Ryan Williams insane catch and run Georgia is undefeated and Beck has a 28pt comback win.
  18. There is looking bad(Beck for this game) then there is complete breakdown of mechanics(Quinn OU/UGA). As bad as Beck played vs us he looked better than Quinn
  19. At least Arch can complete the hero throw. The hero throw is how you beat a Georgia. Not being a check down merchant. look at the thread I posted about Quinn beyond 4 5 yards this season Quinn is average at best and deep he’s flat out bad
  20. On the season Arch PFF rating is ahead which is the larger sample size.
  21. There isn’t much adjustment because the only adjustment that could be made is hitting deep plays.
  22. Through 8 weeks Quinn ranks 14th in the sec in his PFF grade.
  23. That was the worst quarterbacked game since Hudson Card vs Arkansas. You don’t understand how sacks are attributed and that’s okay.
  24. There are levels and degrees to consequences. Expulsion over throwing a water bottle get outta here with that weak take. Thats like saying someone caught speeding should get same punishment as someone who committed murder.
