    I really don't get our DT portal recruiting....it's a huge blaring need but we're recruiting it like a back burner.

    I feel like Chris Jackson is making a big impression on Sark with the type of receivers he wants. I think the guys we have brought in and are on the roster are more the NFL prototype with speed. Guys who can run through contact, make contested catches, and etc. IMO it will pair well with a guy like Arch more than it does a guy like Quinn.

    But they can all run...it's not like we're getting a bunch of Dan Buckner's who can't run. Ffrench, Lockett, Wingo, Livingstone can all take the top off a defense. Using your criteria you'd turn down Mike Evans, AJ Brown, and Dez Bryant as your receiving unit?

    Nah. Noah is a damn good receiver with size and speed. If he wasn’t in the offense he was in the past two years it’d be a lot different

    I know we want a speed guy but that guy is really good and I hope we pursue and he can run for his size. I like him for than Duce because of that.

    Here is your stats. This team is comparable to 2009 with very elite defense except QB play this year is far superior. Run game, offensive line, and receivers as a whole is better than 2009. Why do you and others keep trying to compare this team to the worst decade in Texas football history? That isn’t the comparison, this team should be compared to teams like 08-09 Texas 04-05 Texas, etc. it has arguably one of the best, if not the best, defense in program history and it’s literally being squandered by the offense So maybe you need to check the stats

    Our rushing stats this year are far superior. Colt was our second leading rusher in 2009

    Colt did not have a run game and a far worse offensive line. Give me a better excuse.

    He was god awful and missed multiple throws after first drive until 5 minutes remaining. That isn’t championship caliber. The we aren’t winning a title, plain and simple. That’s just the reality. A lot of us have seen what championship winning teams look like and unfortunately because of our offense this ain’t it.

    But we haven’t because one side of the ball doesn’t play high enough level consistently to achieve that. See our 3rd quarter woes. As competition increases those woes are going to catch up and cost us.

    The last 10 years have nothing to do with this year. We have a literal championship caliber defense that is being held back by an offense that was inept for 90-95% of that game. We will need the offense to play four full quarters each of the next potential two games. It really annoys me that people keep coping with this kind of statement and not realizing to win a title we're going to need more. DID YOU WATCH OHIO STATE TODAY?
