The reality is IF Quinn would have stayed healthy he probably has 3400+ yards, 30+ TDs and 9 interceptions heading into the CFP. For a team that does not have a legit run game with the loss of CJ Baxter, Blue being ineffective and Wisner thankfully doing more than expected. Also your #1 RB recruit as a freshman has the dropsies and can’t blitz pickup. There is no threat of us breaking of an explosive running the ball. Bond hasn’t been anywhere near a #1 receiver, Golden and Helm therefore are the go-to’s. Quinn can scramble he did last night and the week before on a crappy ankle… rush bearing down on ya and 3 and 12 is a problem for ANY QB when you need 3.5 seconds for a route to develop and you get 2 seconds in the pocket. Fans need to recognize, sure we will have the play KJ or Trey instead of Arch next year…he has no intermediate pass game. Trust me running and throwing bombs won’t win a chip either. Rally up and beat Clemson

I think we honestly have to look at the run game or our lack there of in the red zone. Both games Georgia scored all their TD’s on the ground. I know folks will say what about Arch, yes different dimension but teams will scheme against. AM mobile QB, GTech Mobile QB, Bama mobile QB… how are those teams doing for the CFP?

IMOP this game isn’t all on Quinn and they never should be… He does need to play an Alabama type game BUT to do that line has to block and pick up the blitzes and we have to have some respectable level of run game, quick rant if we had CJ this year the O has a better year overall. Basically saying if we are the team we thought we would be this year EVERYONE will need to bring it. Game of the Year no doubt. BTW Paul Finebaum says silly stuff

Think CJ being hurt this season had a big impact on the overall health of the offense. From blitz pick-up, to running the ball with consistency etc. fact is that no one will load the box on Texas because they aren’t scared of the run. Will play two safeties sometimes three which makes life difficult for ANY qb in the country.
