    Well, the OU loss was pretty good ... Even if A&M figured their stuff out and won... If we win tonight ... Still epic

    It's early, but 2 top 10ish rivals in Texas 8&4 and OU are on upset watch to unranked teams...... Could those both happen and a top 5 Texas beat the number one overall team at home with the biggest recruiting party/weekend we have seen in a long time..... If these three things pan our, I don't know how this doesn't become a day that is enshrined as one of the best (and possibly best outside of postseason wins) in UTs history

    I saw a mock draft that BR did with Arch 3rd and Goosby, Simmons, and Coleman in top 10. Got me wondering... What are the percentages and the over/under on how many horns go first for their position. I put the odds at 1.5, currently, and it seems like there are 5 possible if they each play great. Arch:50% chance to go first Top competition: Mensah, Carr, Moore Simmons: 75% Competition: Stewart Goosby 75% Competition: Season Coleman/Wingo 15% (higher chance for Coleman, obviously) Competition: Jeremiah Smith McDoland: 35% Competition: KJ Bolden, Tae Johnson It will be interesting not just how the top 10 plays out, but where each of these land in their position group.

    To think that Michigan "won" the Bryce Underwood sweepstakes. Being a QB is tough And I don't want to disparage the kid. But seeing the scrutiny on Arch, it does seem like Underwood doesn't get as much. Maybe the circus of connor stalians and coach moore took all those headlines ...

    With the likes of Toney and Jeremiah Smith campaigning early for their Heisman, I sure hope Arch, Wingo, coleman, the RBs, etc. act and talk like champions and focus on team success. Take care of business and win. The awards will figure themselves out. Act like you have been there before.

    Huff is a top 3 Texas Defender of all time. DJ is probably a lock at one.the. You have a bunch of dudes like Rak, Huff, Jammer, Vasher, Barron (probably in that order) fighting to be top 5

    Saw a note that Jordan Johnson-Rubbell would spin down from S to help with the LB depth since losing Tyanthony. Truth to this rumor I saw on the 'net? And is this a better path to the field for JJR given the positive notes on both Jonah and Derick Williams?

    College football. .. the [fall]year round past time where the [offense] plaintiff squares off on the [field] court floor with defense trying to them from [scoring] getting injuctive relief. So much to love. The rivalries! The JDs! And most of all.... Totally unbiased home [referees] judges. Who would have thought a summer with a Brendan Sorsby scandal would be dwarfed by NFL cast offs trying to "Never Been Kissed" their way back to college.

    I just hope this doesn't turn into another Santama Wilson.... This immediate gratification culture makes these freshman itchy if they don't see the field much. Especially at conrner, a year or two to develop should be considered standard.

    Let's see if we can get some love for Shane Buschele, John Chiles, Keaonte Ingram, Derek Lokey, and any other obscure names.... All in good fun. But, in reality, mine did have a significant number of dudes that played in the 05 and 09 championship games.
