  1. Forgot about his sweet daughter. Would be so happy for him if he declares. You are right, his value will not get higher than this. Likely an all-american season. Longhorn Legend for life.
  2. I feel like Niblett has been a team player and maximized every opportunity he got. Every play in football takes all 11 guys. I hope he stays, like Sark said he is a “culture” guy. But I understand that he likely has a strong market NIL wise OR could declare. So happy for the moments he gave us this year!
  3. Portal talk about to get loud after the latest cfp rankings.
  4. If bama wins does a&m have to go to ohio st first round? That would be fun
  5. Agree, that’s absolutely insane. Had no idea they could take that much.
  6. He bailed us out a lot this year, but yes it is a tough conversation I’m sure. We will see. He has been very transparent with his mindset on potentially leaving last year, and staying ended up being the correct call, so maybe he makes that decision again. Either way he is a Longhorn Legend for life and will always have a fan in me! 🤘
  7. I mean he might just want more playing time and a fresh start. Getting an agent doesnt necessarily mean he is gone, but I wouldnt be surprised. He has had a lot of injuries. It could be a mutual decision between him and Texas if it happens. but your guess is as good as mine. Im just reading the tea leaves.
  8. A bad agent for sure is a leach. A better way for me to phrase it would have been “all players should have someone in their corner advising them”. It’s become very complicated with NIL.
  9. Good call on that. I suppose I mean someone in their corner advising them. Hopefully this agency is trustworthy for them.
  10. Signing with a new agency is usually viewed as a posturing position. These 3 Longhorns signed with the same agency this season: Trey Owens - publicly signed* 10/12 Ryan Niblett - publicly signed* 11/12 Colton Vaskek - publicly signed* 11/28 **publicly signed with agency meaning they could have been with them before, but it was not posted until listed date Niblett getting new representation makes sense and it doesn't necessarily mean he is leaving. But he will likely be looking for more money/opportunity (as he should). The other 2 I would say are gone. Agency IG: @liftsportsmanagement This is neither a good nor bad thing btw. All of these guys should have agents. https://www.instagram.com/p/DPuHzUJATcK/?igsh=emxiM3diMHR5c3pt https://www.instagram.com/p/DQ-b1TPEQL-/?igsh=d3NwY3Rqcm1mOXRm https://www.instagram.com/p/DRqLM5lEjaT/?igsh=c2FoN21yNHB6djU5

  14. Just my weekly plug for The Film Guy. Agreed with almost everything he had to say. Appreciate that he is one of the few media members that has been able to objectively cover Arch this season, and always backs up praise or criticism with actual film. https://youtu.be/HOvtxWz_TDI?si=i92HnJScPpRADXN_

  17. Sexton is Deboer’s agent, he is probably just stirring the pot 😅

  21. Freeman also has a fast pass to the playoffs every year. I dont see why he would leave that 😅
  22. Gird your loins! 😂😂
  23. These are facts, not feelings. There is nothing emotional about this for me, I want Sark to stay, but I am not ignoring the signs. Fact: It is one of the weakest NFL coaching candidate pools in a long time. The elite candidates were all hired last cycle. Majority of candidates are all defensive oriented coaches/coordinators and the league trend is to go offensive, especially if you have a young qb (the 2 nfl openings BOTH have rookie qbs) Fact: As reported by OTF’s own Rod Babers, Sark has the NFL itch. All of us have said he would likely go after getting a title at Texas. Sark runs a pro style offense too…it is similar to Kyle Shanahan and Mike McDaniel. Which are very coveted schemes in the league Fact: Sark has had probably one of the most turbulent 12-24 few months in his personal life, going from separation, to reconciliation, to premature newborn baby. These are publicly known events that were reported by Sark and Loreal Sarkisian themself, on their social media platforms. If that is what is publicly known, can you imagine what is going on privately? Fact: Texas and Texas fans do not want Sark to go. Maybe some of you joke about it, but everyone wants it to work. The reality is, it takes two to tango. If the work-life balance is proving to be too much, and he has the desire to go, it would be perfectly reasonable to make a decision for yourself and your family to go another direction. (Jeff Hafley, DC for Packers, was HC at Boston College…He took a demotion 2 seasons ago to leave cfb for GB bc of the work life balance. Sark has a MUCH better resume, and since he calls plays, would likely not need to go OC route.) Not a fact, my own speculation: the calls are likely coming from inside the house. And there is way too much smoke to just ignore. Let’s hope for the best case for all parties. But there would be at least one team willing to hire Sark in the NFL. He has options, but Texas does too. (Again not fact just speculation)
  24. The reality show that is CFB is undefeated
