My question is, how much does his production improve next season with Raheem Morris taking over for the Falcons?

Despite losing a couple of big time bats, I expect them to be really good offensively. Their problem is going to be pitching, just like last season. They got dudes who can throw the hell out of the ball, but like I tell my kid... what good will that do you if you can't control it. Basically, expect their football team to rub off on the baseball team. A lot of offense. Not a lot of defense.

I think my son and I may run down there for the Vanderbilt game. He wants to go play for them so bad. I, of course, am all about him staying a bit closer to home but I obviously get it. He got to stop by and see the campus over the Holidays.

One guy I have high hopes for: Grant Fontenot. He did some really, really good things at the JUCO level after leaving LSU and I’m so excited to see what he can do this year on a much bigger stage.
