    Definitely agree. Just changing the signing day and portal window would help alleviate a lot. The one time transfer rule would help as well IMO. More guidance and structure around NIL also. Yeah, I’m not sure how they do all that they do day in and day out, would be exhausting.

    Guessing we could see some additional analyst hired at some point in the months ahead? Filling the roles of Joe D, Payam, Jacquies Smith and Joey Thomas “the other young assistant you mentioned”?

    Agree! I’d bet Banks will continue to apply some of the ideas Joe provided. I was selfishly hoping he would stick around another year, obviously wishful thinking on my part.

    Shocked they haven’t lost a single player myself. Maybe a combo of the timing and culture/being assertive with promoting Moore. If the on field results weren’t an indicator of the culture Harbaugh built, this certainly is, very impressive.

    The possibilities of tampering and leveraging guys into the portal have diminished with them tabbing Moore quickly. Sure was a lot of talk about “what if” when Harbaugh leaves, turns out that was nothing but pure conjecture and fandom wishes.

    To be fair, he did decide to retain and hire Andre Coleman, fired after one year suggests that wasn’t a good decision. With our secondary struggles the last three years, passing defense being ranked 113th out of 130 schools this year and hasn’t improved as Rod Babers has constantly pointed out, the Blake Gideon and Terry Joseph hires can be questioned from a developmental and coaching standpoint. With that said, Nick Saban and Bill Belichick have missed on coaching hires, it happens. Minus those three coaches, Sarks done a great job.

    Just out of curiosity, what’s the job posting stipulations and guidelines for Texas? Michigan has a 7 day posting policy and that very well could cause them to lose a lot of players. Incredibly dumb rule and hope that never comes to bite us
