    Just my observation, but you can tell for whatever reason Arch cannot pull the trigger. He's scared of making a mistake, and then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's all mental right now, and he's going through some chaos in his brain. I don't know what the answer is other than playing through it, which means it might get worse before it gets better. Hopefully, the worst was this past week.

    Guys, I got the answer. I think the answer has been staring us in the face the whole time. Listen up....we give as much money as we possibly can to get Kirby Smart. Muschamp is already here, so that can sweeten the pot. Sure, he can solidify his legacy at Georgia, but he could be the next Saban at Texas.

    I'm just as disappointed about yesterday as anyone on here, but we weren't the only team that lost. The aggies and the fighting Lane Kiffins lost in horrible ways too. If they don't get it fixed starting next week, then I'll lead the pitchfork parade.

    Sometimes all it takes is to look in a different direction. I'm not saying to move on from Arch, I mean literally looking towards a different direction. For whatever reason, Arch looks like a former shell of himself after ending on a high note last season. I don't know what kind of pressure he's feeling, but you can tell he's terrified of the moment. There's no hiding either because the second he gets benched, the media firestorm will begin and that's that. This was similar last year, and he eventually figured it out. The problem is mental and unfortunately the only way for him to get through it is to play through it. Sounds like the fanbase is ready to move on, but I really do think that would be a mistake.

    That jump pass when he was getting pressured was a rare time this season where he made a play off script. He's got a mental block, and who can blame him? He knows he's not playing up to his standard, and he's got the weight of the world on him. Not excusing it, but he's going through the motions right now and Sark hasn't figured out how to get him out of his rut.

    Sometimes you need a slap in the face to wake up, and today was a big one. However, where was the pressure after the first series? It seemed we couldn't disrupt their quick passing game.

    Is part of the problem is that there are too many mouths to feed, and Arch doesn't want to pull the trigger because he wants to give more touches to Coleman, Wingo, etc?

    Hey, don't point out Texas is elite on defense. Bobby believes in that OU defense is more elitist of all the elite of the elite of all time. 🤣 Love you Bobby, but you gotta believe in our boys.

    He wants to be friends with everyone and be invited to nice places, so his takes are all guarded and ensures both fan bases keep watching him. He always prefaces that these are power ratings, and not rankings. He does it, so people will click and comment and rage over it.

    Did they ever give us the 10 second run off at the end of the game? I remember it was at 41 seconds, and they said in the broadcast that there should have been 10 second less to 31 and that never happened.

    This schedule has been a gift. We got to find our legs against Texas State, played a tough game against Ohio State at home, have the inevitable hangover game against UTSA, and then having been battle tested get to play Tennessee on the road in a noon game. Each step of the way, the team has found multiple things to work on and get better. The bad it's that we have found similar issues from last year, but the good is that we're 4-0.

    How? Ever since he was in high school, he's been scrutinized. It's a legit damned if you do and damned if you don't. He lives in a fish bowl, and I don't care who you are, it's going to get to you. Every throw is analyzed, every decision is analyzed, and you can insulate yourself all you want but it's affecting him. At least, that's what I see. It's going to be up to Arch to get his head out of the clouds and start playing to his potential. That's a journey he has to take, and maybe he doesn't get there until the end of the season. Just got to survive until he does.
