  1. I wouldn’t put much stock into this. Once the initial CFP rankings come out those percentages will change. I think a 3 loss Texas is probably in, but the committee could easily think the opposite.
  2. I’m sure a lot of that is Golding playing games.
  3. He also lost to 2 unranked teams, yes. the quarterbacks job is to run the offense well enough to win football games. He’s done that 4 times against top 10 teams. He also hasn’t done that well enough against 3 unranked teams. If it’s me, I’m at least starting with the experience for Ole Miss. If things go haywire then you pivot. I think that’s exactly what Sark will do.
  4. Ultimately that will probably be true. Despite the last 2 weeks, Arch has beaten something like 4 top 10 teams? They have to look at everything, but Arch will start.
  5. I just wanna know what happened to the creativity in offense. What happened to the misdirection and trick plays we used to see every game?
  6. Today was gross and there’s no arguing that. This offense also averaged the most YPP any team has against OUs defense all season. Bama scored 10 at Tennessee today. Indiana got held to 10 against tOSU. What I’m saying is that perspective in competition is needed. Texas should have thrown all over Florida today, but it didn’t. I think that’s partly an offensive issue, but also I think it’s an issue coming off the RRS. 2023 (a bad Houston team), 2024 (Georgia at home) and 2025 (Kentucky) were all disgusting offensive performances by Texas in their first game after the RRS. After cooling off, I’m holding off judgement until next weekend.
  7. Smith should’ve known better than to hit the horns down
  8. This fooled me for a second. AI is getting really good.
  9. Maybe, but it seems like you’re patting yourself on the back early considering Fong changes his picks based on how the wind blows.
  10. As long has Daddy Warbucks bankrolls Techs NIL, he'll sit as chairman on their board.
  11. Personally, I think the Big 12 should be more aggressive in handling this situation.
  12. I don’t know Texas’ finances, but I don’t think they’re working with unlimited funds. Our roster was already very expensive before the portal and while we cleared some over head it definitely got more expensive.
  13. I was all for Seaton prior to the Wake Forest tackle signing. If we get him I won’t complain, but I also want Muschamp to be able to run his full scheme without limitations on personnel. We’ve added a ton on offense and we’ve missed a bit on defense imo. A starting guard and depth on offense and then fill out the defense with Muschaps needs imo.
