I don’t think Texas Tech has positioned themselves well at all for an invitation into a super conference unless we’re well past 40 teams. Institutions do not want to associate them.

The point is right and wrong, not legality. Tech did nothing illegal, Sorbsy did. That, however, doesn’t mean they are doing the right thing by challenging the NCAA ruling. And most believe that their actions, while legal, are wrong.

Someone with a clear understanding of right and wrong doesn’t need a courtroom

For you and the Texas Tech Admin and fans that appears to be the case but for anyone trying to set a positive example and uphold the rules of the game it’s not.

They absolutely are if you think and act ethically.

I hope this is the death knell for any chances Tech might have had at inclusion in a Super League
