    About to be four years, and four NCAA Tournaments at Iowa State ... two Sweet 16's in first three years. Took over a dreadful situation and flipped it very quick. Plays a quality style ... 72 possessions per game ... average 80 PPG on season in a very tough league. Very good transition offensive coach. Very good spacing and feel for the modern offensive game Has proven to be a very solid talent evaluator and roster developer His Iowa State team has had some injury adversity this season, and he's powered through it well.

    I would want him if he was interested. Terrific offensive coach. Got to have an offensive maximizer these days in CBK IMO... he's that level. Many coaches run a lot of the action the NBA teams do, but it's not a long list who can coach it in game (adjust, counters, etc..) .... he would be one. But hear he's fine in the NBA. He has a house in Austin, and loves the city. So he's been associated with the job prior, and Texas would hire him if he had interest.

    Some notes ... Jai Lucas is a done deal to Miami. Will be announced in time ... will he take Shelton Henderson with him? Very likely. What about the Boozer twins deciding to stay home? We shall see. And which former HC will be his associate HC? Someone will be Beard doing everything he can to try and get Indiana. Still hearing Scott Drew is ahead. I expect to keep hearing Quin Snyder associated with Texas rumors, or when the job comes open. He loves Austin, house a house in Austin, etc... but that doesn't mean he would leave 8mill a year in the NBA.

    This will not come down to a Texas NIL deal … it will be a part of it, but a small part She’s got real opportunities outside of Texas One Fund that will be much more lucrative

    The Moody is already selling out ... in terms of tickets sold. Some empty seats affect concession sales, but not enough to off set a 16-18 mill all in in that type scenario They would have to jack up ticket and concession prices quite a bit to keep hoops in the black. I'm an interested observer

    The other thing to consider if Texas goes the route of 16-18 mill a year all in... 1. Texas currently makes money on hoops 2. Texas would very likely be in the red in hoops ... unless they jack up ticket and concession prices.
