    How did over 100 DI’s miss him? Some late development there for sure … but also those Covid classes were difficult for many. Seasons ended early when he was younger. Camps/combines cancelled in his spring when it was huge for his recruitment (QB’s commit early). A number of factors for a lot of kids in those two cycles

    Latest on Ole Miss LB/EDGE transfer Princewill Umanmielen OnTexasFootball can report there is definite interest in the former Manor High star. Like anything else in the portal, it will come down the NIL demands/ask and if it is a fit. Umanmielen posted 45 tackles and 9 sacks in 2025 for the Rebels.

    Texas still definitely having conversations. The main question at any point on Seaton for me ... would he really go somewhere he wasn't assured of being the LT. He the top projected LT in the 2027 NFL Draft.

    He has a long term relationship with former NFL OG and current Colorado OL coach George Hegamin. That's the biggest hurdle for him ... unless there is some contact language that is meaningful on current NIL deal with Colo

    Let's see if Herring makes it first. It's not a lock yet IMO. HE's gone back and forth if he's actually going to make the visit. If he shows in Austin, the only way he could end up at Texas is if he doesn't have "starting demands".
