5-star to make unofficial visit OnTexasFootball was informed this morning that 5-star offensive tackle Immanuel Iheanacho (Rockville, Md./Georgetown Prep) is expected on campus in April for an unofficial visit. The 6-6, 340-pounder is one of the top handful of prospects in the country in 2026. He has been in contact with Kyle Flood and staff for a while. Maryland is fighting hard to beat out Penn State, Georgia, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Oregon and many others.

I know Ogden and Haith will meet with Miller later this week. What comes of it, I don't have the answer
  22. Gerry Hamilton
I don't. He has enough staff coming with him that the portal conversations/vetting won't be a problem.
  23. Gerry Hamilton
I’m in the same boat I believe he will have one assistant hire, and will have to make decision on GM Other than that, majority of staff will come with him
  24. Gerry Hamilton
One college coach told me yesterday they don’t think it happens … But I’m still monitoring
  25. Gerry Hamilton
Exactly. Make contact ... there will be many. All part of the process of vetting. Bring on campus for a visit ... then it's real.
