  19. When the spring evaluation period begins in late April, Texas quarterbacks coach A.J. Milwee will be making trips in state and nationally to evaluate the 2026 crop of quarterbacks ahead of June camps. These evaluations in person will be critical for Steve Sarkisian and Milwee with the Longhorns yet to extend an offer to a 2026 quarterback as of February 13. OnTexasFootball knows of six 2026 quarterback prospects in the state of Texas that Milwee is expected to evaluate throw in person in May.
