D.J. Sanders Update: Wednesday There has been some questions of when the Bellville (Texas) High defensive lineman D.J. Sanders will announce his decision. OTF was told again a few minutes ago that it's going to be on Thursday night, the 8th. The announcement will be via social media around midnight. Texas, Texas A&M and Michigan are the finalists. There is some cautious optimism with Texas. But I will reiterate, this is a wildcard recruitment.

MRI will reveal if OU has lost one of their top 5 WR's for the season. Sunshine State junior Jayden Gibson caught 15 for 387 yards and 5 TD's in 2023. https://www.si.com/college/oklahoma/report-oklahoma-wide-receiver-injured-during-practice-01j4ndjr240g

Don't think so. With ships going to 105, definitely don't think so. Too physical of a sport with a lot of big athletes with too strong of quad muscles to not have knee injuries.

I do wonder when the playoff goes to 16 if CCG’s survive

Definitely not ideal for Miami and Texas A&M games potentially. And now Travis Etienne transferring to UGA really impacts the Gators

Need to fill needs on DL and DB. Texas did that at DB during the season in the 2024 class but on the DL … the 2025 class is really more so Texas doesn’t have to be portal dependent after the 2025 season IMO

Jonah is around 205 right now. He’s actually dropped 8-10 pounds from late spring when he was 215’iash

May be needed at times in week 2. ideally you want DJ and Cam to ascend on their own, but yep

One other note ... should Jonah's decision to play both football and baseball in college stick, that makes travel for a family that lives near Galveston much more difficult. Jonah will announce his decision August 24.
