    Pete Nakos from On3 reported yesterday that Texas, ATM, Georgia, and LSU are showing interest in Angel Laya from Oregon. If we can get this guy the OF will be the best in the country 🤘🏻🤘🏻

    Agreed. Armstrong also hit .364 with 5 home runs as a freshman. I honestly think he’s a better fit for us than Savoie bc he’s so good defensively. Savoie hasn’t even been a full time catcher. He’s played OF in his first 2 years of college ball.

    Robbins played for Seton Hall and look how that turned out.. Just look at what Armstrong did against UCLA in the regional. Guy can really hit and he’s elite defensively..

    Savoie would have been nice but he hasn’t been a full time catcher. He’s played OF as well in his first 2 years of college. Armstrong is a true catcher with elite defense and a big time bat. He’s probably a better fit for what we need behind the plate and his offensive numbers speak for themselves. Great pickup!! Hook em’!!🤘🏻🤘🏻

    Armstrong hit .351 with 16 home runs this year. Had ZERO passed balls the entire season. Sign me up🤘🏻

    It is frustrating that all these SEC teams are getting players in the portal every day and we’re lagging behind. ATM got pitchers yesterday and today, Arkansas has been getting guys daily , Tennessee just got a big time pitcher today, Florida got another player today, etc.. All of these moves going on and all we’re hearing from the Texas side is 2 visits. Hard not to be frustrated right now..

    Exactly. It sucks but everything will be fine. Still plenty of big time talent in the portal and we will continue to recruit at a high level. They’ll make the right hire to replace Cain and we still have Weiner, Tulo , AND SCHLOSS…Hook em’!!🤘🏻
