Candidly, with regard to this online site, if there was a technology feature that allowed us to go to a thread and just have it auto-jump as we click to the next Mod response within that thread, that would be really awesome for when we are in a hurry but still want to see what you all share in responses. I would be interested if any of the mods have any knowledge of whether Bray Lynch at Indiana (Westlake grad) has completed his undergrad studies as of the Dec 2025 semester end since he is a Redshirt Junior, although I do not see anywhere that he was an early enrollee, so he may really only have completed 3 1/2 years of college studies at this point. If he has, then coming home to UT for his grad degree and his final year of eligibility would seem quite attractive. If not, then transferring here to actually wind up with a UT undergrad degree could also be very enticing for the Austin native. Not sure if the mods are comfortable commenting on any behind the scenes interest by he and UT on this possibility.

The problem is he has NO GUARANTEE that he will get more $ from anyone else than UT offered. Bird in hand vs bush. I also think that ANYONE coming out of college getting a job who makes their decision solely on the highest bid is possibly making a bad decision. But in this case, it is even more dramatic, as you are not factoring in your ability to move up in the organization that hires you out of college and offers the environment to enhance your long-term career prospects in your industry. Odds are he never sees the NFL, so this is ALL about short term $ maximization, and my point is his degree from UT likely ends up being way more valuable than a one-time $100,000 payday - IF he can even get that higher figure today. As I said, I wish him the best, but based upon his own written comments about wanting to be a Longhorn and having no intent to leave, this wreaks of a bad short-term decision he was talked into by a cash hungry agent.

Very disappointed that Livingstone opted to throw a BS barb at UT on his way out the door, and clearly with the BS line of it being "out of his control". Total crap. I do not wish bad for him, but really sad that he chose to make such a bad decision. 40 year decision. Very poor choice.

how and/or where can we get legitimate sources that would have that real data regarding Arch's top speed on the 60 yard TD? I am wondering if the tech exists to actually just determine it from the video?

Thought the clip of Desmond Howard was almost too apropo when he starts it off by saying he is "taking out the trash". That is EXACTLY what he was doing - sharing unsubstantiated trash just to get clicks. Pretty pathetic. I hope he gets roasted on this for years to come.

For those of us who are not Pat McAfee regulars, what time is his show on and do we know when during his show the announcement is scheduled for?

Bobby, This comment above and another earlier one that tapped into the void of the loss of Longhorn Network's old pre and post game content really hit the bullseye. He is referencing the old "Ricky", "VY", "Catch" and "Jammer (big hit)" awards they would give out for each game during the post game show, and you guys could pick that up and even add the "Special Teams" play of the game. Plus, while I know and appreciate the sensitive nature of critiquing individual players, it would be great to at least maybe highlight the difference-makers in the game - good and bad. You know Sark has spoken about how they have the team sessions, I think called "The Good, Bad and Ugly" on Sundays or Mondays where they don't rag on players, but point out the effort, technique and attention to detail plays when a player truly excelled at those, but also when a player badly missed one or more of those during the scope of the game. You know Sark's favorite saying to the players: “Who you are some of the time is who you are all of the time.” Accountability matters. Lastly, I think on your Sunday show or better yet, on the Monday morning Coffee and Football, it would be great to add a segment that would be a take off on the old Norm Hitzges spot here in Dallas radio of the "5 Plays that Shaped the Game" that typically focused on less heralded plays that really were game changers for Dallas Cowboy games. That would be a cool thing for the mods to have researched and "present" their cases of a couple each on Monday mornings. Oh, and if you think it would be well-received to have one of your great sponsors on to provide a pure fan comment/perspective now and then, I would be all for that!!! 🙂 Hook'em!

I would certainly do my best, but historically it is very difficult to get young athletes who come into large $ to take a proper long term approach to managing the funds. Believe me, if I was given the opportunity to, I would do my best to help him and his family see the light, but when you often have family and "the entourage" with other ideas, it can be like talking to a wall. Thus, why so many athletes wind up broke.

Tough to lose out on a great kid from a great family of a great legacy, but you cannot go wrong deciding between Notre Dame and Texas. Good luck to Kaydon!!
