    Wouldn't that be a step down? I understand that Hartzell went due to the overly political nature of the UT-president position and having to kowtow to so many people. SMU is private, so it's just his Board (no legislature, etc).

    Wondering same thing. Especially in this game where defense played over 100 snaps. Not just the experience, but we were definitely getting worn out.

    Quinn wasn’t the one having false start penalties or missing field goals or not blocking his man on the line. He didn’t run into the kicker or give up a fake punt conversion. Yeah, he threw an interception and maybe one or two other questionable passes, but he ran for a TD and threw 3 others.
