  3. I think he’s saying somebody big is gonna decommit
  4. Love a good butthurt post
  5. With being right here. Cmon, the words are right there for you to read!
  6. You seem to be obsessed with being right here. Chill out
  7. Injuries suck. Hope Owens heals up. Super talented. Hate the Aggy, not the talent
  8. Bruh am I being scammed with these insider “tips”? Lmfao
  9. From Twitter (Robert Behrens): “Brent Venables' $906, 250 per win during his only two seasons as a head coach is even more than Jimbo Fisher made per win at Texas A&M ($865,384) when he received his infamous extension in 2021.”
  10. Respectfully disagree with a lot of these takes. Not sure if Terrance Brooks is an NFL talent at CB. Safety, yes, but his 1-1 coverage was severely lacking. That showed in the Spring Game and the Sugar Bowl, where he failed to turn his head in coverage, despite being in the right places assignment-wise. Cole wouldn’t be at Texas if he wasn’t an SEC corner. Plenty of good SEC corners have played at his weight/height. He has plus speed and his film is outstanding, though against weaker opponents. Auburn, Tennessee, Texas pursued for a reason. I agree there’s one PROVEN SEC CB on the roster (Muhammad), but Warren Roberson, Santana Wilson, Kobe Black immediately come to mind as guys who have requisite traits to be great. If I were a betting man I’d say Roberson will push heavily for CB2. Personally, it’s hard to take away much from the spring game in terms of safety play. Derek Williams and Andrew Mukuba looked good and like a different breed of Texas safety compared to last year. Michael Taaffe and Xavier Filsaime whiffed on two tackles leading to TDs. I’m not worried about that, considering Taaffe won’t be a starter with Mukuba in… also think Jelani McDonald will push for his job. This DB room is MUCH more talented than last year’s. Less experience, but the upside is far, far greater. A net positive offseason for the room considering the portal additions, return of Jahdae Barron, and the haul brought in via HS ranks.
  11. Tell me you didn’t have the grades to go to school in Austin without telling me
  12. I completely misspoke haha, and AD was a one-and-done too
  13. I like how all but 2 of these guys were transfers (and both transfers were more than 1 and done anyways). Texas is developing Friday stars and turning them into Sunday stars.
  14. Yes. Though Toia chose USC over UCLA initially, he went back to UCLA to play for then-Bruins DL coach Johnny Nansen quickly.
  15. Would love to go after UCLA DT Jay Toia now. He’s got great size (6-3, 325) and was productive. Initially committed to USC but transferred to UCLA after just one semester. Who was the UCLA DL coach he transferred to play under? Johnny Nansen.
  16. Any news on Michael Terry III?
  17. We’re so spoiled to read Gerry recruiting nuggets for free. @Bobby Burton whatever you end up charging for the premium of this site, I’ll pay for it.
