  1. Past hour
  2. 27-9 Texas. I just dont see knocked out scoring an offensive touch down. Special Teams finally hears that popping sound and gets their head outa their a##. Texas wears out the laters late 3rd early 4th quarter and the train just gets rollin down the track.
  3. Muschamp could have a part time job being the Cowboys coordinator and do better than this.
  4. Less recent staff to be sure.
  5. I watched it ... Most talented team at Duke for Scheyer 1-15. 2-3 guys won't be happy as the season plays out, and he will have to manage that part. They may go on and win the NC as each year is different, who knows, but they aren't as good as the Cooper Flagg team that choked in the FF game IMO. Better depth potential on this team, but that starting five was way better on the FF team that year.
  6. I’d rather have Lincoln Riley. At least I wouldn’t be surprised that the defense sucked so bad.
  7. Bucs going through the Cowboys defense like crap through a goose.
  8. We're still ranked much higher in things like FEI, SP+, FPI, etc. E.g. https://bcftoys.com/2026-ofei Now that is a ridiculously mediocre result given the talent on this offense, but still, it's markedly better than OU.
  9. Texas 17 Oklahoma 13 Another painful watch. No faith in the Texas offense and play calling. Hope the defense can score to put it over 20.
  10. I’d settle for Todd Orlando’s defense at this point.
  11. I just got word that he definitely rolled an ankle in practice. Would expect to see him on the report tomorrow. Sounds like he will do whatever it takes to go on Saturday. But we’ll see on pain tolerance.
  12. That's just nonsense, a one off game like that doesn't mean it's the norm or anything can happen. Not sure why people have to make things up try and justify worrying about a game. We're going to beat their ass. It's that simple.
  13. 3 times in the entirety of the rivalry.
  14. Today
  15. Saw OU might be adding Eli Bowen to report tomorrow, supposedly sprained ankle in practice. We’ll see if true.
  16. I agree at looking at opponent stats also, but to some degree the stats with 4 to 5 games in where some teams faced 2-3 non-power conf schools it makes it a big challenging to draw conclusions. I looked at their opposition rankings when I looked up their stats. Their offense has faced two rated defenses in Georgia (ranked 7) and Michigan (ranked 6). New Mexico is also a much better defense than they've historically been (ranked 14), and a much better program than they've historically been. We've faced 1 top ranked defense (Ohio St 17). Tenn is ranked 29th. We've faced better offenses teams than they have. They have NFL players all over their defense, but we have much better depth in our D-line, which could be a big factor in a game where the temp is expected to be in the 90's. We have much better players on offense based upon NFL projections, but we haven't executed very well on offense. I think when everything is said and one this comes down to what Bobby said earlier in the week - who wins the turnover and rushing battle.
