I was told a Power Four head coach once asked Mike Leach (who was making the rounds between his time at Texas Tech and Washington State) about how you coach accuracy. The conversation went something like this... Coach: "What drills do you do to coach accuracy?" Leach: "What?" Coach: "How do you coach accuracy?" Leach: "Recruit better."
