Get Cooper Flagg out of your head. Flagg is a generational prospect that doesn't come around often. Spears is good but Flagg is a different level prospect entirely. Just wanting to set realistic expectations.

Easton Royal and Monshun Sales' recruiting and their track times got me thinking about the NFL combine's 40 and the Longhorns on the list. Having Sales and Royal head to their future combine as Longhorns could potentially add two more names to the list. Texas currently has the most players in the top 25 at 3 (Worthy, Goodwin, Golden). 4 have worn a Texas jersey in their college career. (Thompson) 5 have played in a Sark offense (Worthy, Ross, Thompson, Ruggs III, Golden) ..and that concludes my sales pitch to Royal and Sales to terrorize SEC defenses in burnt orange

I was surprised at the more I watched of Smothers I saw the patience of Wisner, but in a more explosive body. Theres a lot of similarities there imo

Very much a strength.

I think Raleek is more explosive but Smothers looks to have better vision and instincts. Both should complement each other well. I think both will be running behind a better line than they had last year which should even the playing field as far as facing better competition.

Sark is the offensive coordinator who designs the plays, sets the offensive game plans each week and calls plays. If Muschamp is able to allow Sark to spend more time doing those things than it is a big win for our offensive production. Apologies if I came across like an ass. Hook Em!

Those numbers concern me a bit and are part of what makes me feel hesitant on him being RB1. His production fell off significantly against quality opponents.

No chance, but doesn’t need to be. Texas already has 5 future NBA picks starting, and plenty with experience 16-18 mins a game … likely 10 and 5 Great spot for him. He will be 17 the entire season. He’s super young. Year two at Texas, he will take on a star level role
