I have rarely seen Arch show true fire in the belly leadership. I suppose looking for "rally round me, boys" leadership like we saw from Major, VY, Colt and Sam is too much to expect. It doesn't seem to be in Arch's personality.

Less thinking for the OL, more Rebels getting blocked = good time. No one expects perfection but if we get blown up on run schemes constantly something ain't right.
