Thanks for posting. That running play by Flores started out as a mistake but the aggy error on the 3rd baseman then a really heads up play by Flores to take home and score turned out to be huge. Mendoza turned it around big time today. Gumbo’s speed on the bases was also huge. I also gotta give credit to the fans. Y’all were awesome! Loved hearing how the fans drowned out the aggy ball five chant. Home field has definitely been an advantage in this series so far.

He won a lot of fans - including aggys - with his (his dad’s) trophy room. I think most were jealous.

We need Jason Flores to go deep today. Grubbs and Volantis may have a batter or two.

Well, we just saw one from Alabama go in the 1st, so not completely impossible, but I do agree. Best he could get to is 2nd (which is still great). I think he makes a huge leap this coming year and hopefully takes on a more leadership role there.

Quinn landed in a great spot.Obviously much later than he wanted and many of us fans thought but I really believe Miami is a great spot for him. according to the Dolphins roster that I found, they have Tua who is concussion prone and Zach Wilson. Great spot for him and McDaniel is an offensive guru like Sark.

Would you rather be drafted in the 5th round and go to Cleveland or the 7th round and go to Miami? It looks like Quinn has landed in a good spot compared to Sanders. Cleveland is a place where QBs go to die.

Hope "missed tackle" Stutsman gives Banks, Broughton and Ford the horns down the day he's cut.

Quin never should have left HS early. He wasn't ready for college and tOSU wasn't ready for him. He completely lost a year.

McDaniel is also a very positive-approach coach. He did a lot to help Tua’s confidence, could do the same for Quinn.

It hurt me watching Quinn’s reaction. I think it’s the first time I’ve felt that I was seeing his true emotion and not a chilled out shell. Never seen him so hurt and I hope it ignites something great in him. McDaniel is a perfect successor as a mentor for Quinn. He knows that Miami offense already. Just got to tighten up things in the pocket and let it rip.
