Gundy got crapped on towards the end, and deservedly so for some things, but he still had his fastball in scouting they just couldn't really play ball on the $ side of college football. This dude had commitments at Oklahoma F-ing State from Kelvin Banks and Jelani McDonald and almost had Warren Roberson at one point. And I know Texas fans hate Ollie Gordon, but he's another good example of Gundy still having it towards the end. Ollie had a few big offers but wasn't a take at any of those schools. OKST prioritized and recruited the crap out of him and to the point where he didn't even consider Texas when they came in late and offered him right before signing day. Would love to see him and Gary Patterson on a podcast or something at some point. Very different but very similar

I don't think he's really interested in being analyst or coaching anymore. No one even hears a peep from him anymore. He definitely was a pain in the ass for Texas, although we certainly didn't help our selves with some of those games.

I don't drink or smoke personally (last time I had a drink was when I turned 18 and the other time two years ago when my dad passed away). But if people want to smoke or drink, that's up to them. I'm not a fan of having to smell peoples smokes, my nonno used to smoke a pack a day and that sh*t reeked cause he smoked inside lol. Either way, do your thing. I also don't have a problem with the adverts OTF does. Don't have to agree with them all but it's a business at the end of the day. There's overheard, there's staff to pay and things to build the brand. I'm sure everyone can understand that.

I’m about 42 days clean from smoking. 30 year smoker. This new prescription stuff in Louisiana is crazy. The apothecary shop in Lafayette has to be the busiest business in town. I’m mixed on whether just anyone should be able to smoke it. If it was the old stuff we used to get no biggie but I think this new stuff might be a little much for some. I feel like the vapes thc and nicotine are what people are going to look back on in10 years and regret that they didn’t stick with flower or gummies. To each his own. I’ll dabble with it again, my problem is once I start I can’t stop. We’re all different but I know for me personally, weed is highly addictive and I’m a low performer on it. My best friend can smoke and not be addicted and remain a high performer but had to quit drinking because he’s an alcoholic. I can drink here and there and be fine. We laugh that our addictions are the exact opposite of each others. Smoke em if you got em, drink em if you got em. Life’s short. F it
