I was born in 97 so I stuck to guys I’ve actually seen play, to me it’s hard not to put Bijan in the top 3-5 of all time even though he didn’t win a natty. Criminally underutilized his freshman season or else he’d have double the rushing yards he ended up finishing his career with. And it’s hard to think of any former Longhorn that will end up having the career he will have in the NFL.

I believe EVERYONE including myself had much higher aspirations for last season. The reality is our Oline was not good, but that was far from the only issue. Penalties on both sides of the ball plus ST. Not causing turnovers or allowing first downs in crucial spots. Dropped balls by the wrs. More MEs than you can shake s stick at. The bottom line is the first half of the season was atrocious but the second half of the season showed some of the potential. Point is it was not just a Flood issue. It was a HC issue...it was a PK issue...It was a Banks issue...It was a leadership issue from the players with a C on their chest...It was an across the board problem. The first half of the season Texas looked worse than a modern art masterpiece. There was a lot of growth tho and that should give us all hope for what the upcoming season could and should be.

Celts won by 2. This was the era of dynasties - Celts in the NBA, UCLA in men's basketball, Yankees, Packers (sorta). I was so tired of watching the Celts win every year (Bill Russell won 11 NBA championships in 13 seasons + 2 championships in college). I was rooting hard for Jerry West but the Celtics kept pulling stuff like this. West had a 53 point game in that series and averaged 38 but it wasn't quite enough.
