Yeah, Berdoll's has an incredible amount of merchandise and I love pecans. We don't have any trips planned to Houston for awhile but their sponsorship made me take a quick look at their website for some gift ideas. I did spot those cookie/candy tins shaped like Texas and those would make some good small Christmas gifts. Hruska's has an incredible variety of sweet and savory kolaches and their deli/grill makes pretty good sandwiches and burgers and it is a good place for a pit stop on the way to Houston. A few years back their burgers made a list as one of the top 50 burgers in the state.

7 made a good play. I’m definitely not a zone blocking expert but to my untrained eyes, it looks like everyone was caught up with their man and not the spot, which made them turnstiles.

I hate for them to not get used. They did sell for I think $50 each to a couple of UT fans (they sat next to us). It was great atmosphere at the game - we had a blast.

Until I see the offense is more consistent, very little confidence in the joke offense.

What are the odds that every one of our OL misses their block and the center gets knocked on his rear end. This is one of those tragedies that gave way to the laughter scene in The Moneypit. I mean, what else can you do besides capitulate and laugh on the outside?

The line is giving Arch 3 seconds to throw. That is plenty of time unless we are trying to throw bombs every other play. Winning football is 4-6 yard gains every other play. Sark is the gambler at the roulette table, thinking he knows which single number is coming up next. Mannings' legs are fine, but he is going to get ding donged. It's a matter of time. He doesn't play RB very well. KJ better be ready.

Hitting intermediate passes turn into chunk plays. 10% of intermediates may turn into long gains... Bombs convert at 5%, maybe. Sark lives in a statistical world that does not flow with the game unless he has elite talent above and beyond other teams. That doesn't exist anymore.

My parents stop there for the kolaches. But for pecans and gifts for holidays, there's only one place IMO. Berdoll's does a really nice job with that. 🙂

Crazy how similar offensively this year is to last. The offense has become a "we can't run the ball and our OL sucks, Arch hopefully can carry us" again. @CJ Vogel said it best even before the season started - doesn't matter how good your skill position players are if your offensive line is subpar.

Anger - Darrell Royal said football games are won by angry men. Anger because the fans don't think you can do the job and should get benched. Saban about Arch " the bench is a really good motivator"

I like C Robertson - he hs a good heart but that don't get a blitzer blocked. Did Cole Hutson start the season at center last year?
