  1. Past hour
  2. Either he plays with really slow players or he is vastly under rated. Plays the ball ideally first in both run and pass situations. Great hands and elevation. Not afraid to hit. What am I missing??
  3. Yes. Very minor injury to Matas ... nothing to be concerned about. Lassina ... Texas taking it slow with his return. Want him to keep building into the season opener and early season.
  4. Davis play a lot of safety at Fairview. Has tremendous ball skills and effortlessly plays the football.
  5. 2025 Midseason highlights: http://www.hudl.com/v/2SzKUA
  6. New 2026 Cornerback Offered Mark Orphey has extended a new offer in the class of 2026. Texas offered 2026 Fairview CB Toray Davis out of Boulder, Colorado Monday afternoon. Davis, a 6-foot-1-inch cornerback recently decommitted from UCLA in September and has earned offers from Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Arizona State and now Texas in the month since being back on the market. In the current 2026 class, Davis comes in ranked right inside the top 500 in the national composite rankings. The Longhorns sit with Hayward Howard Jr. and Smoke Matthews in the class at the moment.
  7. Do we know why the centers did not play?
  8. As HC and OC Sark is not being his best at either. If he wants to remain HC and do what’s best for the program he needs to delegate play calling. This does not mean he relinquishes oversight of the game plan each week or the prerogative to override calls in crucial in-game situations. But a dedicated OC/playcaller is able to focus 100% on the offense during the week and in-game. It must be done to reach our ceiling - both offensively and overall.
  9. Weaver's body is really coming together. A bit more upper body mass and "armor" to go with the explosiveness. Pope looks a little sleeker.
  10. Improvement needed from top to bottom on offense, including the staff. Where to start?
  11. Tom Penders ball has returned to Austin, Texas, baby!
  12. A Texas Basketball team scoring 89 points! Now we’re talking!
  13. Today
  14. This is why I don’t watch much MLB until this time of year because they really don’t try half the time. It’s just not fun to watch for me. I think he would struggle with communication/motivation. Big difference between college players (who are, at some level getting better paid) but not millionaires for the most part and a whole team of self entitled millionaires. But again he’s a smart guy and knows this going in. If this happens he will have a lot of eyes on him seeing how it goes.
  15. Sec shorts has been amazing this year 😅
  16. Some of the scrimmage 89-83 win over SMU Like a lot of the offensive action and attacking confidence seen here
  17. We are not making the CFP; Texas will not run all 3 games between Georgia, Vandy and a&m. Put that out of your head, and you’ll enjoy the season a little more.
  18. I haven't been a Giants fan since the Willies' left. But I think major league managers are too timid when it comes to addressing how players play the game. MLB players today simply do not execute the fundamentals at a high level. I wonder is a college guy, adding fundamentals to the daily routine, would improve the quality of play. I actually stopped watching the Astros because they were so fundamentally unsound.
  19. They really do nail each team’s mentality lol
  20. Guys that was an Old school SEC dogfight in the trenches. It’s something about it’s something about Kentucky when they play at home they can be really tough. Remember that 2022 Georgia team only scored 16 points and last year vs Georgia the score was 13-12. Do y’all think there was a lil fatigue from the Oklahoma game and the fact the Kentucky came off of a BYE week played a huge part in it.
  21. Do you think Texas had a lil fatigue played apart from the Oklahoma game
  22. I hope for their sake Vandy wins the SEC this year.
  23. That was one of the better ones.
  24. I thought it would be good to have the pimp start doing his strut to the music to end it.
  25. Try to be fair since nothing on offense looks good. But if the decision is already made it's Arch or bust next year then .. Hopefully portal like crazy at OL RB and yes WR. Even then I don't know if Arch is the answer but 5-6 more game to evaluate as hard as it is behind that OL . Then some really tough decisions have to be made all over. Yes even at qb imo. Or a disservice to the whole program to not evaluate everyone honestly.
  26. Where I stand on the players/talent conversation: The players are changing and the results offensively are staying the same in the last 10-11 games. Thats my No. 1 issue
