  3. Ted Knight was a pro straight man.
  4. Only thing missing for me from other places is Xs and Os breakdown articles
  5. Oregon Joe after hearing 24 hours of OTF compliments
  6. My favorite player as a young kid was Demarcus Ware so I love seeing 94 on a dominated rusher, I hope Carlton can be dominant and sticks with 94. Wild that Texas doesn’t have many 94s throughout the past
  7. I know @DirectorsCupUpdates understands this, but just to be clear, goofy DC mechanics for getting those 59 points from track is that the points have to take into account the 27 potentially dropping off from W X-Country as the final optional scoring sport. A single 59 point score from either men or women track would do it, but two scores of 30 pts would not, because that would be +30 +30 -27 = +33. The counting sport limit is key to UT's recent DC success for sure. Without that, Stanford would win easily.
  8. Watching all this play out, Texas Tech fans must be the most committed fan base in the country, because the amount of nonsense they’re willing to swallow with a straight face is unreal. Every week it’s a new meltdown, a new conspiracy, a new ‘Texas is scared of us’ fantasy. You almost have to admire the dedication - it’s like they’ve built an entire identity around pretending the rest of the sport takes them seriously.
  9. As we continue the countdown to kickoff, we've reached one of the more unusual jersey numbers in Texas football history. Some numbers are loaded with All-Americans, national champions and Hall of Famers. Others require a little more digging through the record books. No. 94 falls into the second category. Michael Pollack (1990) Pollack wore No. 94 during the 1990 season and turned in one of the better kicking campaigns in Texas history. That year, he connected on 20 of 25 field-goal attempts, good for 80 percent, while also making all 32 extra-point attempts. His 92 points helped Texas finish 10-2 and capture the Southwest Conference Championship. Current No. 94: Jamarion Carlton The current owner of No. 94 is freshman EDGE Jamarion Carlton. A four-star recruit who enrolled early in the spring of 2026, Carlton arrived on campus after an impressive senior season that included 68 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, five sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 11 games. It's far too early to know where Carlton's Texas career will ultimately rank, but he's the next player with an opportunity to add some history to the number.
  10. Cute that the Agros are in there. I’m thinking this is coming down to the U and UT!!
  11. Think they're trending in the right direction with him after this past weekend. Curious to see if he makes that Michigan visit.
  12. I fear for him the infection has already gone to his brain and bones, there’s no hope other than keeping him sedated and comfortable until nature takes its course.
  13. Worthy of a BOOM
  14. JD saying ‘not a PR stunt’ is adorable. Like watching a toddler hide behind a lamp thinking you can’t see him - like you, used to like listening to him. However, he’s not covering the sport anymore - he’s covering whatever storyline his YouTube analytics whisper to him at 2 AM.
  15. Because while the NFL has become a souless entity bent on shaking every last nickel out of fans pockets they are not stupid
  16. Campbell and McGuire don’t like that idea
  17. When I was a kid, I was so poor, if I wasn't a boy, I wouldn't have had anything to play with.
  18. Totally agree. Here’s footage of me trying another site.
