  1. Past hour
  2. Would probably have to be in a better location but it'd be awesome if Bevo Blvd/the surrounding stadium area turned into something like what the Toronto Raptors have where there's a big watch party right outside their arena
  3. I’m sure the majority of evaluations are the eye test during practice sessions , and film study of practices. More specifically OL evaluations. Full contact 11 on 11, can get pretty congested and hard to read in real time. I’m sure this is where film study is most important. Was wondering how much coaches listen to opposing position players input. Hey Gefrard, January, or Hero, “ which one of these guards appear to be the strongest, which one is hardest to get around or through, which one is hardest to get off their block, etc… Same for WR vs DB’s. Any coaches on here???
  4. Yeah we are doomed kiss of death

  6. Add this guy to your lists... What We Learned at Seahawks Training Camp: Byron Murphy II Is a Rising Star
  7. This is tough, but here's mine. 1. VY 2. Ricky Williams 3. Derrick Johnson 4. Colt McCoy 5. Roy Williams 6. Michael Huff 7. Cedric Benson 8. Jamal Charles 9. Bijan Robinson 10. Brian Orakpo
  8. Today
  9. Mystics are keeping her if she clears waivers.
  10. I know you're joking but Rori has options in UpShot, Project B, or overseas to continue to develop her craft. Even still the Sparks waived Latson, and yesterday against NY with the Aces she got extended run because the Aces sat everybody. She ended up easily dropping 20. I don't see a team that Rori would fit with, so UpShot or overseas is her best shot
  11. New feature to DKR that I hinted at last week. A major video board was added to the outside of the southwest corner of DKR. I would assume this will add some flair to the Bevo Blvd pregame.
  12. Fortunately I had enough data to put together a Top 15 fan vote. That's awesome. It will debut tomorrow, along with our Top 25 Longhorns of the Modern Era.
  13. @Matthew Hutcheson not agreeing with the 1992 cutoff
  14. Johnny Lam Jones was one of the first Texas players I remember by name from seeing a game on tv, after Earl... I believe he was only like 18 when he won that gold medal too... Also, IIRC, he was Lam, short for Lampasses. There was also Ham, which was short for Hamlin TX, and a 3rd Jones, Royal called Jam, just because it rhymed with/ Lam and Ham, but Lam was the man... 🤘
  15. Some other factoids to consider before I release this tomorrow: Cedric beats Bijan for No. xxx despite appearing on five fewer ballots. Michael Huff beats Casey Hampton by ONE POINT: 226 to 225. Earl Thomas is only five points behind Hampton. The worst rating VY received was No. 4. One person voted Quinn Ewers No. 1. Three people put Earl Campbell in their top 10, despite him playing many years before the start date of this poll.
  16. Unfortunately Bill passed away last year. He came to our tailgate several times. @General Grant
  17. Just FYI... I excluded four responses from individual ranking slots because they couldn't be scored cleanly: Kevin Durant, “DBU Members,” “Ricky Williams & Colt McCoy” in one slot, and “Bijan & ROJO best RB and leadership duo” in one slot.
  18. Thanks for all the private messages on Bill guys, and all of you doing searches. Big loss. I was shown a really nice post/thread on IT by Joe Cook about Bill, but since I don't belong there any longer I didn't see it when it came out back in the early spring. I want to leave this message/prayer: If you know someone hurting, tell them to reach out to their loved ones and friends that love them. Also, reach out to your friends and loved ones more often than not. Tell them you love them and you are always there for them no matter what.
  19. Voting will now be closed. Thank you all for your submissions. Hundreds of votes are amazing. Great set of data points.
