  1. Past hour
  2. The last two that Sark has lost to OU it has been because of him playing to not lose. In ‘24 we had a 3rd and 9 in plus territory with less than two minutes to go. Quinn was 23 of his last 24. We ran the ball and kicked a field goal. This year we have a 4th and 2 or a 52 yard field goal. Trust your unit and play to win. You can’t win this game playing passive. You have to play to win or you get punished
  3. Listen to sark at his presssr. He isn’t going to make changes at all. lol he thinks ST is good haha.
  4. It was asked earlier in the season: If not now, when? Great defensive and terrific talent everywhere. When do we bench Arch? What if we let KJ take the reins? Arch isn’t ready to move on to the NFL, and KJ can’t sit another year. What if KJ could show his mettle now with the offensive talent, and Arch continues to learn his craft and compete with Dia next year.
  5. Agree. Cooper was POUNDING the rock on that one drive and we just gave up on him? Dumb. I've seen Sark go away what is working in the run game way too many times.
  6. I'm not sure I'd call it a major rebuild. More of a major reload
  7. So there cannot be roughing on a flea flicker where the QB pitches it back and then it’s pitched back to him? Of course there can. Sorry, you are wrong.
  8. Sark is soft. Kirby is intense similar to Saban. Teams take on the personality of their HC.
  9. We are a year and almost half in. I think he is who he is.
  10. With a true sophomore QB who’s started 5 games.
  11. The scary part is we’re going to undergo a massive rebuild after this year 🤦🏼‍♂️
  12. The defense plays hard football. Every other phase of this team does not.
  13. It was definitely a double pass. The receiver passed the ball following a backward pass.
  14. I don't disagree with you at all. Sark's no better than Herman in terms of his arrogance if he doesn't listen to CDC
  15. but we damn sure can fake whip it out and pee on the field
  16. I wish we played hard football. There’s a reason Georgia has eaten our lunch the last few times. Texas, overall, isn’t hard or physical.
  17. The roughing call wasn’t on the backward pass it was on the forward pass.
  18. I'm just giving my opinion but he really does think he's a great offensive mind and QB guru. I've yet to actually see this. He's had two of the highest graded 5 star QB's in his tenure and neither of them have seemed to progress. Mind you Ewers was a 3 year starter and he was still making the same mistakes he had made in year 1, in year 3. It just is what it is. The OTF staff have said similar before. That it's not that they disagree, they just know that Sark won't let anyone else call plays while he's HC at Texas.
  19. Unfortunately, from the press conference, Sark is not looking in the mirror and holding himself accountable for anything. Not even acknowledging that he has to look at stuff to figure out and putting the blame on his offense and pointing the fingers elsewhere, just shows how arrogant he actually is. Texas is gonna lose a lot more games this season if it plays like it did today
  20. Sark is a joke and so is Arch
  21. If he has any sense at all, it will matter what CDC says
  22. According to Google's AI ... Roughing the Passer Does Not Apply to Laterals Under NCAA Rule 2-19-2, a pass is only a forward pass if it initially travels toward the opponent's goal line. Because a lateral travels parallel or backward, it is a backward pass, and NCAA Rule 9-1-9 (Roughing the Passer) explicitly does not apply. With a non call, we intercept the pass and win the game.
  23. I'd love to see the stats from @Rod Babers on how many slant routes we actually run. I feel like we could have huge success with Wingo and Bishop on them
