  1. Past hour
  2. I do his reputation is largely built on someone providing him with overwhelming talent that makes up for other shortcomings. Way way overblown his X and O abilities. Wish we had one of those OCs that can make great offense out of average talent just by system and play calling within it.
  3. The offense was bad, but the defense couldn’t get off the field on their own. Team loss.
  4. How would he be influenced? And I don’t think families of players have much influence. I’m sure coaches do their best to be nice and patient, but I doubt some dad is influencing any coach of substance.
  5. I didn’t know we weren’t. Sark did a great job his first four years. Things regressed last year while replacing several multi year starters. Sadly, things have stalled this year. I think he’s getting judged in real time, not on what he did or didn’t do under Carroll and Saban.
  6. I don't think he is intimidated at all; so, no to your question. But, he could be influenced - could be, not saying he is like I mentioned above - and if so, he would not be the first Coach that would be "influenced" by a Players' Family and he won't be the last. Lets see what happens this week and throughout the 4 QTRs of the game on Saturday. Fair enough?
  7. Right now he's not succeeding in either, so pick one.
  8. It has to be Chip Kelly or an up and comer in the NFL ranks like Joe Brady was for LSU in 2019.
  9. .00001% chance of happening, but f*** it give me Sean McVay
  10. Tap.The.Brakes.Do.Not.Want.
  11. When Sark was calling plays for Alabama when they won the Natty, was he in the press box or the sideline. I think him being on the sideline may hamper him some than being up high and seeing the whole picture. Just a thought.
  12. Do you think Sark is intimidated by the “Manning Family”?
  13. First year in the SEC was 21st in the nation
  14. He has too much of a hands off NFL approach on the sidelines. I'd like to see him chew someone out or communicate with his guys as to what they're seeing so they can make adjustments and problem solve in game.
  15. The drone show should be great
  16. That's a fair take. His decisions related to game management haven't been good this season, especially in the two losses.
  17. For better or worse I will be there. Fall back night too. Here's hoping we'll close in on win 2 of a new streak taking us deep into the playoffs.
  18. Nothing about it is incomplete, these are in fact the offensive drives after the first quarter. First quarter was solid, still have to play 45 minutes of game time after that. Your offense was only able to stay on the field for 12 of those 45 minutes against the second (maybe third if they are better than UTSA) worst defense you will play against all season (even worse than Arkansas' going in). Not getting a 3 and out doesn't mean you helped your defense. Like going for it on 4th down at midfield at the end of the half when Florida was also gonna receive the ball to start the 3rd. Tackling was bad all day, it has generally not been good most of the season. There is no defense that can play 33 minutes on the field in the last 45 minutes of the game and be successful. Part of it was on them, especially the first drive of the second half. That largely happened because the offense and play caller gave Florida momentum at the end of the half by gifting Florida a short field. The original drive chart presents facts, not opinion or analysis.
  19. Sitting at the tailgate with a cold one, hanging with friends and watching all the early games all day is the best. Nothing I would rather be doing.....
  20. Waiting all day just to watch an inept, putrid offense again will be fun.
  21. Today
  22. We were playing Big12 defenses. The single year when we were in the SEC, when we played a truly good pressure defense we stunk.
