  1. Past hour
  2. Mom put Little Debbie pies like that (not with mayo of course) in our lunch for years. I got to hate them and started trading them for anything. They must have been cheap.
  3. My only concern was our O Line against that Michigan D. Penix was getting killed all night and likely would have been the same for Quinn.. Defensively though, we matched up perfectly against Mich. Our run defense was so good and although our secondary was our weak spot that year, JJ wasn't a threat at all (as proven so far in the NFL). Echo Jbro though, as part of the Quinn fan club, I wanted him to win so badly and it was sad seeing the difference from the Michigan game to the rest of the year with the zip on the ball. Would have loved to see some of my favorites such as Quinn, Mookie, Barron and J Whitt win one but they paved the way. It's time for Arch, Colin, Trevor and Jelani to bring it home!
  4. Bryan Pickryl out of Jenks. Would have been a very high level pass rusher and NFL draft pick if not for career ending injuries. Add him to those 2004 & 2005 teams
  5. I echo Jonathan Brooks. Was the 23 team our best team to win it all? If Brooks had not got hurt, we beat Washington and play Michigan. A.D Mitchell, Worthy and Brooks against that Michigan defense. What if Ewers came back for his final season in 2025? I know he struggled in 2024, but doubt Texas loses to Florida in the swamp and maybe we beat Ohio State on the road. We make the playoffs at least and with the talent we had who know what could have happened.
  6. I’ve used several (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) but ChatGPT is by far the best in terms of image modifications. I haven’t tried it on some of the newer Claude models, so that may have changed. But at least for memes I stick to ChatGPT
  7. With this part of the offseason kind of slow due to the dead period, I ve thought of this while I sit here at work on a Sunday. Quinn Ewers, I can’t help but think what his career would have looked like if he could have stayed healthy. His last year at Texas was tough to watch at times just by looking at the difference in the throws he made from Michigan to the later part of the season. As president of the Quinn Ewers fan club I will always be proud of the career he did have. Jammal Charles, had a tremendous career both in college and the NFL. I ve always wondered what 2009 would have looked like with him in the backfield for one final season. Another National Championship? Hard to think that wouldn’t have bettered the odds. Colt McCoy, everyone will always wonder what the outcome would have been if he not got injured vs Bama in the NC game. A W will be the answer for the majority but boy what the game highlights would have looked like if he wouldn’t have got injured. Honorable mentions: Ramonce Taylor, Malik Jefferson, Jonathan Brooks, CJ Baxter, the list of QBs Mack passed on after Colt a lot of recently biased here because my age
  8. Did you meet any nice sheep or did aggy have them on lock down?
  9. To further Gerry's point, the NBA doesn't play centers in the post with their back to basket anymore. (That's not to say they shouldn't, but they don't.) Matas needs to become a better rim protector without fouling. He needs to show the ability to pass and screen better. All of this entails better quickness and lateral movement. Then he could get into the first round.
  10. Today
  11. What the hell did you expect when stopping in a cult town.
  12. Nobody did, but Swain has more of an NBA game... what he needed to do was make contested three's and answer the bell vs. SEC (highest level comp) over a season. Swain had an NBA frame and NBA ability off dribble and high IQ of offensive ball. Matas has a key NBA issue ... he can't defend in the NBA unless he makes major changes. Hard be a drop coverage defender, and be a low block only threat on O and go in the first round. This 2027 draft may give him a shot, but that hasn't been a 1st rounder very often at all.
  13. Thanks for posting this video. I have to wonder what his visit to Ohio State was like. Is there a video of that, as well?
  14. I was out of pocket yesterday for the most part. This is a great start to my Sunday.
  15. I hope so, but personally from what I've been hearing from the experts seems like it'll come down to if people in his camp can persuade him to Texas. I'd love to have him.
  16. Agreed. Gerry has repeatedly told us that Royal is open and honest. The young man should investigate all his opportunities. This is a lifetime affecting decision for him, as it would be even for a non-athlete. He is not public property because he runs 10.17, he is a someone's son, a human being with choices to explore at an exciting time in his life. I can only add that if he has an agent I hope the agent sees himself or herself as the servant of the principal, not the master. In other words, as Royal is deciding what college best fits his life now and in the future the agent should honor that in seeking a deal. There are some agents, perhaps most, who count their commissions as more important that the life choices of their principals. The agent only gets a cut of the initial signing, not a percentage of the student-athlete's lifetime earnings. That can make for selfish short-sightedness on the part of that agent. I wish Royal the best, but hope he notes that his family name is on the stadium in Austin!
  17. Gerry has it as 51% anOSU and 49% Texas which is a slight move towards Texas. Evidently several members in Fakatou 's camp favor Texas! 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
  18. Landen Williams Callis. Over 8,000 yards and 130+ touchdowns spanning his freshman, sophomore, and junior years.
  19. Hey Bunk, I’m sure you’ve answered this multiple times but I guess I keep missing your response. Which AI program do you use for all these glorious memes? Thanks!
  20. They are so delusional, It’s astonishing. Can’t wait to make elko 0-3 against us this season.
  21. @Gerry Hamilton Outside of a no brainer take like Brewster, Sales or Falatou, who else besides Camara is at the top of the board that Texas covets and has a good shot at landing? Another DT and a LB’er would have to be high on the list. Is the Richmond RB a no brainer take?
