  1. Past hour
  2. We beat the #1 team while looking like microwaved dogshit for 2.5 quarters.
  3. That Wingo non-catch was brutal. Arch could not have walked over and handed him that ball any better.
  4. Unfortunately Ryan Wingo is never going to be a reliable target as he's not a natural receiver so that is what it is. Id like to see Jermaine Bishop get more and more run with Wingos role reduced a bit. That kid needs game opportunity to prove himself. Cam redeemed himself as the game wore on but you can't flub a beautiful deep ball in a big game like that again.
  5. I had stepped outside the box while it was playing, tremendous vibes.
  6. View from these seats Saturday night
  7. @CJ Vogel do you think Arch's throwing velocity has anything to with this statistic? Anecdotally to me it does not,
  8. One thing that I think is underrated by SEC shorts is how they are consistent with who plays the character for each school. From my memory, seems it's always the same person who plays the specific school in each video.
  9. Being there during Don’t Stop Believin’ was a core memory.
  10. Don't get why drops have become such a big problem since last year. Is Chris Jackson not emphasizing it properly? Even the easiest catches are going through their hands.
  11. Has there ever been a team to file for a TRO to keep an opponent’s QB in college for another year? Asking for a friend.
  12. Saw this on my feed, talk about unintended perfect timing . . . https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1FvgT412pW/
  13. Some guys look like they are really talented in their uniforms, Parker looks so out of place in a OU uniform and seems to play like it as well.
  14. what is this background 😆
  15. Sorry I know that must have hurt to type
  16. Second lowest completion percentage in the conference with 0 drops. Crazy inaccurate.
  17. Mateer has 0% drops because he can't even get the ball near his guys' hands.
  18. Right? Because the fluke interception off Cam Coleman was something they caused . . . or Ryan Wingo's dropped TD. Credit for the fumble on the 1st play, but Texas was shooting themselves in the foot a bunch of times.
  19. I understand the question (and even asked that night at the game whether they would). And Day said in his postgame that they talked about it. But given our history and the fact that one of the plays was actually ruled a fumble, I actually think they made the right call.
  20. We need to get Devin Duvernay to come provide lessons in how he practically never dropped a pass thrown his way.
  21. That exposed a flaw in their team, they don't trust the O-line to open holes and felt that the Sayin-Smith connection was higher percentage (understandably as they are great players).
  22. Immediate Improvement Needed *** Texas is 2–0 and currently ranked the No. 1 team in the country by the AP Voters after a 24–23 comeback win over Ohio State. Still, there is plenty that this team can improve upon. The most critical aspect of the game that needs immediate improvement in my eyes? Catching the football. Texas is tied with South Carolina for the most drops in the conference through two weeks with 8, according to PFF. That also does not include the pass to Cam Coleman that slipped through his hands and resulted into an interception following a crazy ricochet. -- QB Pass Drop Rate in the SEC 19.4% – Sellers (SCAR) 16.0% – Curtis (VAN) 15.7% – Manning (TEX) 12.8% – Leavitt (LSU) 11.5% – Brandon (TEN) 13.6 – Jackson (ARK) 10.0% – Simmons (MIZ) 7.7% – Reed (A&M) 5.0% – Taylor (MSST) 4.3% – Brown (AUB) 3.4% – Stockton (UGA) 3.0% – Philo (UF) 2.9% – Russell (ALA) 2.7% – Minchey (UK) 2.3% – Chambliss (OM) 0.0% – Mateer (OU)
  23. In my mind, Day's flaw was to go away from the run, which may have bled the clock so we may not have had time to tee up on the goal line. The last series, they were 3 pass plays and 3 run plays. Two incompletions stopped the clock. Your three run plays go for 11, 7, and -1, and you don't trust the run on 3rd and 4, leading to an incompletion and FG miss. It may not have worked for tOSU. That's why you play the game.
  24. Thanks for sharing. I've been on multiple Ohio State boards and YouTube pages and haven't seen one fan of theirs say they were better up front than last year. Some thought they would just have a minor step back at best.
  25. Black (40 snaps) Williams (25 snaps)
  26. I wonder why Mascoe wasn’t covering him more in first half. Why wasn’t that always the plan? I also remember seeing a lot of Derrick Williams this game. Did he have more snaps than Black?
